This home boasts 3 large bedrooms, each with their own 3 piece bath. The 2 spacious master suites are located on the upper level. The larger of the two suites has its own walk out balcony. The third bedroom is located on the main level, making it accessible to those with mobility issues. Kitchen is fully equipped. From flatware to cookware, you do not need to worry.

The townhome complex backs on to a lush conservation area. Frequently, a family of deer are spotted frolicking along it's edges. Exotic bird sightings are common.

Home has recently been updated with comfort in mind. New pillow top mattresses, flat screen TV's in almost every room, Netflix, New sofa and love set...just to name a few things.

There's a ton of things to do in the area! If you want to go for a short walk...OLD TOWN & FUN SPOT is a stone’s throw away. We are a family of four from Nova Scotia, Canada. We have spent the past 2 winters in Florida and LOVE it!. With our oldest son starting school in September, our winters in the sun must come to an end. This is why we have decided to lease our Florida home.

The townhouse is centrally located. It's close to everything. The community pool is gorgeous!! The house is amazing. It had everything we needed! I will definitely keep this house in mind for our next Orlando visit.

The home is just as pictured and described. It was bright clean and neat. The children loved the pool and the lazy river. This was a last minute booking for us and I encountered phone problems during the booking. Gloria was very helpful, contacting me through emails and speaking with my daughter. We were a party of 8 with different schedules and one rental vehicle. We called up the office and they were very helpful in providing us with the number for a shuttle service. The shuttle was inexpensive and took us to Disney, airport, etc. The driver's name is Charlie, he was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Old Town can be seen from the balcony!! The children loved it. Thanks Gloria for letting us stay in your home.

I would recommend this place to Families with children, tourists, girls get away and anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay.

Excellent vacation spot. Home was as described and as shown in pictures. Great location and within walking distance to Old Town. The owner was very easy to deal with and answered any questions by email with an immediate response. Would definitly book this home again and recommend to all family and friends visiting the Orlando area.

We were VERY pleased with this property. The owners were GREAT to work with. They always responded quickly to any questions I had when booking the unit, and were VERY helpful with any special requests we had. Gloria called shortly after we arrived to be sure we had arrived and that everything was as we expected. The pictures were accurate however they do not depict how large the town home really is. The home was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. It was very hot and humid outside, but the air conditioner worked great and the house was very cool and comfortable. We were there for business and did not get a chance to enjoy the pool, however it was very near the town home and looked great. Old Town was a great place to walk around in the evening with lots of amusement rides, shops, and restaurants. Route 192 is just a short walk with many great restaurants. We saved a ton of money staying here instead of the hotel where our convention was held. I would definitely stay at this property again and would very highly recommend it!
