This villa is prefect for that luxury family holiday by the sea with numerous beaches just a short car drive away, or why not take a stroll down to the Marina and enjoy a sundowner in the Cantina and watch as the boaters return. This villa has a private pool, gated rear garden and easy access all around also suitable for the infirm or semi-ambulant with ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool terrace is private, and enjoys a South facing aspect making it quite a sun trap, whilst the dining terrace and roof terrace provide alternatives for those needing some peace and tranquility. The villa is newly built and is equipped with every modern convenience including air conditioning, and full laundry facilities, for those later season enquirers it has central heating and UK satellite freeview TV, making this a real home from home. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are all nearby, just a short stroll away and during the season a regular bus service is available into Mahon
