THE LUNDY CREEK LODGE

Just what I needed. I spend 50% of my time in NJ near NYC and the wide-open outdoors offered by this destination helped rejuvenate me so that I can carry-on in the rat race for yet another year (I plan to make an annual visit, so I will return for a recharge). We walked the grounds while being treated to nature's wonders. Fished for bass as we watched splendid sunsets, threw footballs and frisbees, and just hung-out around the fire at night. We cooked fabulous meals anytime we wanted and played pool in the billards room until the wee hours. The Jacuzzi provided further time to relax and replenish. Photo opportunities were in full force during this Spring escape.

This was a getaway with my life-long buddies, but I plan to make a trip back with my family and even possibly host a family reunion at the lodge. BTW - there is something magical about the beds. It may be the mattress, or the lodge, or the setting, but most likely a combination of it all, nonetheless I had the best night's sleep that I have had in a long time.

Just two words. LOVE IT!!!!!

I've stayed there a few times and absolutely LOVE it. The lodge is perfect for family reunions. The grounds are beautiful. There is plenty to keep everyone busy....golf, fishing, nature walks, etc. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen and outdoor grill are big enough to cook for huge crowds. My family and I plan to go back this summer. The person who runs the place is an absolute sweetheart. She will try to accommodate you in any way. I highly recommend Briar Rose!!!
