Flat as residential family ampls and furnished with great accommodations. The apartment with fitted kitchen with all appliances: stove, refrigerator and accessories from glasses to pots. There are still available SKY satellite TV with 80 channels. Quiet and close to the sights of the region.

Lumiar is privileged by its exuberant nature with its mountains and river rapids. There are several waterfalls, the best known are: Meeting of the Rivers, Ugly Well, St. Joseph, Indiana Jones and the Green Well. It's worth knowing. Can be done hiking, rafting, rappelling and jeep tours (information in the local market). The 6 km, is the city of São Pedro da Serra, with its restaurants and live music, every weekend.
