This comfortable and charming Austin home features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size, and a completely remodeled kitchen stocked with all stainless steel appliances, plenty of cooking utensils and a dishwasher. The full bathroom has also been remodeled and stocked with plenty of plush towels and linens and the house includes a washer and dryer. Gorgeous hardwood floors and 10-foot ceilings are present throughout the house and a fireplace, cable TV, wireless Internet and new central air/heat all make the house the perfect stay for any guest. The large back deck sits upon a fenced-in backyard and an outdoor dining table and Webber charcoal grill make the space ideal for Summer BBQs under beautiful Texas sunsets. The front porch also has outdoor seating, including a charming custom-built porch swing where guests can relax and listen to the birds of Austin sing as the sun goes down. There is an empty detached garage for one car and a driveway plus street parking caters to additional parking needs. The house is equipped with motion detector lights and an installed alarm system that guests are welcome to use if they wish to do so.
