Our elegant five bedroom, five bath villa features a private pool and raised spa with waterfall on an enclosed and oversized lanai for complete relaxation after a long day at the parks. Five bedrooms -- each with its own bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. Three of the bedrooms are elegant master suites: 2 king-sized and 1 queen-sized. My husband, David, and I (Janine) are the proud owners of DisneyDreamVilla. David works for our local school board in Louisiana and I am an attorney. Our home in Kissimmee is our special place to play and unwind while making wonderful memories with our family. We have 2 boys and lots of extended family and friends who love to spend time at the villa. We especially love Disneyworld and have gone many, many times. Why Janine Williams chose Windsor Hills

Why did we buy a buy a vacation home near Disney? We are a Disney-crazy family!! We visit as often as we can and love to share our home with friends and family. As a family, we've done Disneyworld every way that it could be done before buying our villa -- we tried Disney resorts (on property), off-property resorts, Downtown Disney, etc. But, we have found that staying at our villa is the ultimate way to do Disney -- try it and you will be a believer too.

What makes this villa unique

We like to start our Disney mornings with waffles made on our retro-Mickey waffle maker -- this is a big hit with kids! Then, we head out to Disneyworld for the day -- a 5 minute drive. Then, after a day at the parks, we can come home to our beautiful home, relax in the hot spa and go for a swim. Our pool area is one of the most private in Windsor Hills as our home is backed to a conservation area -- no neighbors behind us. Sometimes, we have a fun BBQ on the lanai and other times we prepare our own meals in the kitchen for much less than the costs of Disney foods. We also like to try one of the many, many different restaurants close to home. One of our favorites right now is Carraba's -- this is a chic, Italian grill with wonderful dishes ranging from awesome vegetarian to the best steak you've ever eaten. In the evening, the kids usually like to head for the gameroom or just watch a movie and wind down for the night. We can rent DVD's for everyone at the clubhouse from a vending machine in the lobby and because each bedroom has it's own TV with DVD player, everyone can either share a movie in the family room or watch it in the privacy of their own bedroom. It's so nice because when we want extra privacy, we can retire to our own private suites -- each bedroom has a bathroom so nobody feels crowded, ever. When it's time to retire, we love that all of the beds are topped with 2 to 3 inches of memory foam -- soooo comfortable. We especially love the privacy of our sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.

We are absolutely certain that this is the right way to do Disney and love to share this secret with our guests.

We had such a great time in Orlando on our vacation! Your villa is truly beautiful! Very clean and welcoming! Very much appreciated the extras of the stroller and high chair for my grandson! Pool was awesome! Only wish the weather had been better! But know u can't control that! My son got engaged on your pool deck! Will have many happy memories of our week! Thanks for everything , and certainly want to return one day (never made it to Disney) was very hard to go back to work this week!

Our stay at this property made a pretty good Florida vacation absolutely wonderful! The house was exactly as advertised in the pictures- exceptionally clean, spacious, and had all the amenities that we needed. We made good use of the pool, BBQ, and the rooms were excellent. The location was perfect for our daily trips to Disney and other attractions. We were in the Disney parking lots in less than 10 min.
We will definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting central Florida and won't even look at any other property for our next visit to the area. The owners were great to deal with and the property management company was exceptional as well.
We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Definitely the best way visit Disney with a large group! We saved money by eating breakfast and dinner at the house. We didnt have much time for swimming but ending the nights with a soak in the hot tub really helped our sore muscles after walking all day at the parks. The home was perfect for two families. We had a total of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids and never felt crowded in the house. The house and bedrooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The home is a short 10 minute drive to the parks. We will definitely rent from you again on our next Disney trip and give referrals to anyone who is considering a rental. Thanks so much for making our Disney vacation easy!

Just wanted to let you know that our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your rental home. There was plenty of room for everyone and we all appreciated that we had all the necessities for our stay. The weather cooperated and we enjoyed the pool and the kiddie park and of course Disney. I will definitely recommend your house to my friends.
