The apartment is self-contained on the ground/lower-ground floor of a large Victorian house in Bath, close to some of the celebrated crescents. It is south-facing, with its own garden area and garden furniture, and there is private off-street parking for one car. It is an ideal holiday destination for a city break for two. The city centre is just one mile away and there is a fast and frequent bus service within 200 yards. The apartment has been newly refurbished to a very high standard and includes spacious and comfortable accommodation for two people and is available all year round . There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc and a shared laundry facility on site. Heating and bed linen are included. The sitting-room and twin bedroom look out over the garden. There is a breakfast table and chairs in the kitchen and a dining table and chairs in the sitting-room. The bathroom includes a bath and a walk-in shower.

Bath is a World Heritage city with many architectural and cultural attractions for the visitor. The Literature Festival is held in the spring, and Bath International Music Festival and Fringe Festival are held in the summer. Bath Theatre Royal provides year round live theatre in an 18th century setting. Bath Spa is available if you enjoy relaxed bathing in hot springs. The Roman Baths, Pump Room and Assembly Rooms are all within the centre of the city, and Bath has many small and unique shops to browse and enjoy. The area surrounding the city is full of interest too, with several National Trust properties nearby, and the villages of Lacock and Castle Combe are a short drive away. The Cotswolds are within a day's visiting distance and the City of Bristol is only 13 miles to the west. Longleat, Stourhead and Stonehenge are also nearby. The rail-link from Bath Spa Station to London Paddington means that it is possible to enjoy a day there, returning in the evening.

Notes: The property has been newly refurbished to a luxury standard with marble-topped oak kitchen units and fitted carpets through relaxing areas. All furnishings are new and is for non-smoking considerate guests. The locality in which it is situated is recognised as being one of the best in the area with spacious houses and tree lined gardens. It is unusual to find a holiday rental property in Bath with parking included and this is a definite advantage with this apartment. Unfortunately it is not suitable for the disabled due to there being several steps into the apartment.
