SANTA EULALIA LARGE 3 BED SEMI-DETACHED VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL

We had a great time as this fantastic Villa/Apartment in Santa Eularia. The place is tastefully decorated, and well equiped for everyones needs.

The pool area is lovely, with amazing views over Santa Eularia. The swimming pool was nice and refreshing, but requires a bit of attention with a few loose tiles around the edges, which are starting to fall into the pool.

The villa is well located, with a short walk to the beach, small supermarket and various bars & restuarants in the centre of the town. We highly recommend 17 which is just 5 minutes down the road. We enjoyed a lovely meal here on our last night.

For those that wish to venture out of Santa Eularia to like Ibiza Town or San Antonio, then it's only a short taxi ride away, costing around 30 euros.

We did have a few problems with the whole booking process, to book the villa we had to go to the bank to the do a bank transfer, and on those 2 occasions we had to pay an additional bank transfer fee as the bank is located in Spain, so the cost of the holiday was a bit more than expected. And we also had to wait over a month for our security deposit to be returned to us. This whole booking process from start to finish needs to be speeded up somehow?!?!

Overall we had a great stay and maybe one day we will return if the whole booking process was made simplier.

The only suggestion I would have to the owners is to leave a contact number in case things are not working etc. during guests stay. We had a few issues but had no one to report them to. But we didn't let this spoil our stay.

The wow factor of this property hits you when you walk down the stairs to the lower ground floor HUGE living area that opens out onto the amazing outdoor area and stunning views across Santa Eulalia. The only reason this can't be called be called a villa is due to the fact it isn't detactched but once inside you feel miles from anywhere! The size, design and standard of furniture, appliances etc is top drawer giving you the feel you are in a classy private villa.

From the minute we booked the apartment the owners were extremely quick and efficient in confirming payment received etc which gave us great confidence. The son lives in the UK and father in Ibiza meaning you have a great point of contact at every stage.

The area of Siesta is quiet and peaceful but has a hidden gem of a restaurant in 'Seventeen' which is only a short walk from the apartment. We've stayed in Santa Eulalia several times before and this has to be one of the best restaurants (and best value) in the area.

We did have a hire car during our stay as we have two young children (2 & 10) and it did make things easier getting to bigger supermarkets and into Santa Eulalia etc. Ibiza is a very easy island to navigate so a car help you get to other resorts such as Cala Longa which is also very family friendly and only 10 mins away. I'd recommend a car if you've got young kids and the hills around the apartment are quite steep but it's not essential.

Overall this is an amazing property which we will definately use again when in Ibiza

Too big to be called an apartment really, plenty of room both inside and out. Located above a small beach with fantastic views towards the town and main beach. Outside there is a good sized pool and superb furniture for lazing and watching the world go by.

There are two really good restaurants within a 5 minute walk together with a good supermarket and friendly bar. The town is a comfortable slow stroll which takes about 30 minutes along the seafront. For the more active holiday maker, I'm sure you could walk to the town centre much more quickly if you wanted to. And in reality, you don't need to walk all the way into the centre to find good restaurants and bars. There is also the added bonus that a you don't have to have a car to enjoy the area.

There's a very nice small beach very close by for those who like to feel the sand between their feet with a bar selling drinks and snacks.

I've been to Santa Eularia twice before and always thought that Siesta looked too quiet to be worth considering as a location to stay but it will now be my first choice location when next visiting Ibiza.
