Situated on the hill outside Santa Eulalia but only a 10 minute stroll to the town centre, the apartment is located in a very small and exclusive development of 4 properties.

The apartment is built over 3 floors with its own private pool. The apartment has spectacular view across the mountains with sea view and magnificent view of Santa Eulalia. Each bedroom has is own en-suite bathroom, the apartment is fully air conditioned.

The open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge measures 25 meters in length and is furnished to a very high standard with sofa bed if required

There is a new fully fitted kitchen, with all modern appliances.

From the lounge you look out onto your very own 15 x 5 meter swimming pool, around the pool are sun beds and a dining table with seating for 6 people, from here you can enjoy the spectacular view across Santa Eulalia.

I WOULD SAY A VILLA MORE THAN APARTMENT

The apartment is situated on a small hill in Santa Eulalia far away from the town not to hear the noise but is about a 15min walk along the beach max!.Which is great to walk off a big meal or a few drinks or work up your appetite. Its also 5 mins walking distance to the local supermarket and a few local restaurants.
The apartment its self is more like a villa and the photos do not do it justice!
The main bedroom is huge! It's open plan with a terrace over looking the pool and the sea. The bathroom has a big seperate shower, seperate toilet, double sink and a jacuzzi. The two further bedrooms are smaller but are of a good standard.
The main living area has a double height ceiling and it is massive! huge tv, great sound system, open plan kitchen and dining with two sets of double doors onto the terrace with a pool, dining area and more views over the sea.
The room has loads of comfy cushions and loads of candles, a great place for a party had we known how big it was. Its a great place to stay with friends!
I would definately recommend staying there to anyone and would consider staying there again if i go to Ibiza

A FANTASTIC LOCATION FOR ALL THE FAMILY

The villa was very quiet and spacious. A spectacular view of Santa Eulalia and within 2 minutes of a lovely unspoilt beach which was not at all crowded.
The property was extremely clean and comfortable and our children made great use of the pool and Wi-Fi throughout our stay which allowed us to enjoy the sun and relaxation. All amenities were found to be in good working order.
We were a pleasant walk away from shops. The restaurants we visited nearby and in town were all reasonable in price.
I would recommend this property unreservedly and hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did.

LOVELY VILLA WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

This is our second trip to Santa Eulalia. It is a lovely town and we had a lovely week here over Easter. The villa really is a slice of heaven with the most amazing views. It is an easy walk into town along the seafront and trying but not always succeeding in not stopping off at one of the numerous bars along the way. We had no problems with the pool, on our stay it was sparkling clean. There was a lovely little beach a few minutes walk away but it was so glorious by the pool that we spent most of our days there. The only downside of our stay was that it had to come to an end. We are already making plans to return again next year.

DISAPPOINTED WITH POOL

First of all I'd just like to say the villa is huge and has a lovely view of Santa Eulalia. However there were a few things that were broken around the villa that although we didn't feel it was worth mentioning to the owner they did make it seem to us like the place wasn't loved anymore, i.e no where to hang clothes in main bedroom as the rail collapsed as soon as we hung our clothes up, door handles coming off in your hand, etc.

We are a family that never complain and are happy to accept that sometimes things aren't as you expect but the one thing that really ruined our holiday was the pool.

The day we got there we were expecting the clear blue pool as shown in the photos however we were greeted with a dark green pool with froth floating on the top. It was our first holiday abroad with our 11 month old and we were so disappointed that we couldn't go in the pool with him. For us the pool is the main part of the holiday and so the green colour and froth really didn't make it inviting.

We called Rod the pool guy who came most days to try and fix it for us. We really appreciated his help however with the broken equipment at the villa he couldn't do much to make the green colour and froth go away despite his best efforts.

When we realised this wasn't going to clear we called the owner to complain, whom we never saw all holiday, and he sent Rod back round to try again. By this time we felt sorry for Rod as there was nothing more he could do with the equipment at the villa. Next door's pool was crystal clear so the owner couldn't even have blamed it on the rain they had had recently.

The other negative was that we stayed for 10 nights and our towels and bed linen weren't changed once! We didn't see a cleaner all holiday.

Overall we made the most of it but were left feeling like we didn't get what we paid for or what the photos showed, (there were a few things in the photos that weren't at the villa, i.e, the canopy over the table and chairs by the pool isn't there, nor are the bar stools in the kitchen, etc). We'd not have bothered mentioning any of these things if the pool was useable, it was a very long walk down a very very steep road to the beach!

Such a shame, this villa could be amazing if someone would just spend a bit of money on the upkeep!

Owner's Response: I would like to comment as follows, firstly I am sorry about the minor faults with the apartment, it is a shame you didn't mention them to Rod as he would have rectified them ASAP as I do not live on the island and Rod is employed to carry out any maintanance needed.

This year has been the best season for renting the apartment and it has been let back to back from May, so it has had a bit of a hammering. Next year we are going to make sure we have a break during the season so the minor jobs can be sorted out.

With regard to the swimming pool, as I mentioned to you on the telephone there had been a storm on the island which caused the pools chemical balance to be out of sync, causing it to turn green as ours is a larger pool than most in the area it suffered worse. Rod who is paid to look after the pool had been to the property every day trying to stop this, he also had the owner of the local pool shop look at it. I was told that this sometimes can happen when he sand from the storm gets into the pool. Unfortunately as myself or my parent we not on the island we have to take the word of the experts. I am not sure where you are getting the idea that the pool equipment was faulty or broken as the pump and filter was replaced the year before by the gentleman who came to look at the pool with Rod?

Unfortunately I do need to change the pictures on the website as the gazebo blow over in the storm and was totally damaged. The red stools had both been broken by previous guests.

My parents and myself are flying to Ibiza before the start of the 2014 season and will be sorting out all minor faults with the apartment prior to it being let.

STUNNING VILLA IN THE PEACEFUL HILLS OF SIESTA

The villa was beautiful and bigger then the pictures portrayed. It was set into a hillside in Siesta and was only a 10 minute walk into Santa Eularia so we benefited from the solitude of the country side and the busyness of the town when we wanted it.
The villa had everything we needed. There was one occasion when we needed some advice and as the owners parents have now moved away we asked Rod, the pool maintenance man & owner of the White Island Corner Store for help. He resolved our issue and offered lots of advice about interesting places & restaurants to visit. The owner has agreed that it might be useful to have his contact details on the information sheet.
We spent two weeks there with our three sons aged 14, 12 & 8 and we all loved it. We hired a car and spent every other day visiting little bays and beaches all over the island. It's very easy to get around and there are so many little gems hidden away that is was definitely worth hiring one. As for a favorite local restaurant, we loved 17 in Siesta.

FAMILY HOLIDAY IN IBIZA VILLA

Villa was lovely. The huge lounge certainly had the wow factor promised. It could have done with a loo on the lower floor instead of 40 steps to our bedroom for the toilet.

However it lacked an information pack on the property (eg. how to work the aircon) and local amenities (eg. directions to town and restaurants). Also response to problems was slow (eg. one toilet was out of action for 4 days).

I would recommend to friends if these minor issues were resolved.
