Only a mile from the Convention Center and 3.5 miles from Oaklawn Race Track, you are centrally located for all the fun activities Hot Springs has to offer.

You can take a hike along the promenade with other visitors or hike a secluded mountain path, with both only half a mile away. Drive just a few minutes to Gulpha Gorge recreation area or a short 10 minutes to Magic Springs Amusement Park. Sparkling and Magical Lake Ouachita is only 25 minutes away, where you can enjoy one of the cleanest lakes in the USA!

This freshly decorated home is the perfect getaway for a single family or couples looking for a relaxing spa escape!

There are steep steps leading up to the house, so be sure there are no mobility issues for any of you!

The house was great, clean and in good repair. The location allowed us to walk to pancake breakfasts, Bath Houses and even catch a music festival right arounnd the corner. We came to Hot Springs for the horse races and the baths. We got to do both and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very prompt with all receipts and instructions for use of the house. We definitely recommend this house.
Owner's Response: It is so nice that we can share our house with vacationers. We do keep it clean and in good repair and we have to thank our guests for the respect they have shown it over the past years. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great house, great value

I recently stayed here with my husband and daughter for several days. For less than the price of a hotel room, we had a 2-bedroom, 2-bath house with plenty of space for all of us. Everything we needed was provided. The location was great and the owner and property manager were easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again.
I would note that while the house was great for us, there were a lot of stairs to get to it, which could be challenging for some travelers. Also we don't watch television so that was not an issue for us, but there was only one small tv in the living room-some people might miss a larger television or a tv in the bedroom. We did enjoy the board games and books that were provided.
As to nearby activities and attractions: We always go to Rolando's to eat when we go to Hot Springs. Just yummy. We also went to the Mid-America Science Museum and Magic Springs and had a lot of fun at both.
