Beautiful Clear Lake is 3/5 State Park on 140 acres. All sports lake with excellent trout fishing. Great sandy lake frontage with over 200 feet directly on Clear Lake.

Twenty-four foot Pontoon Boat (with 28 hp Evinrude motor) available for rental at $600 per week, includes 10 gallons of gas.

Adjacent to state park on two sides, very secluded! Private boat dock, swimming platform and two kayaks. All sport lake - bring your toys and store in secure, attached garage.

Super lake vacation destination

This is a great place to relax and unwind on one of the prettiest lakes to be found in Northern Michigan. The waters of Clear Lake are just that - crystal clear - and the kids and our labrador spent hours swimming in the lake. We spent much of our time just relaxing enjoying the beautiful lake views from the outdoor deck and lakefront yard and evenings around the fire pit watching the moon rise over the trees. We utilized the pontoon provided to cruise the lake and spend some time out on the water as well. We managed to get a round of golf in at nearby Elk Ridge (beautiful course) and a day trip up to Mackinaw Island was easly accomplished. The cottage was clean and well maintained. Marc responded quickly to all email questions and provided good communication as the vacation drew near. Neighbor Jim next door was super-friendly and an excellent host and a great resource for those unfamiliar with the area. We have spent many summers vacationing on lakes and would definitely recommend this property to a friend looking for a beautiful vacation spot to take the family.

Relaxing Vacation

What a great place, the cabin was wonderful, it was clean, roomy, plenty to do. It was stocked well with of all the little things you forget to pack, plates, dish soap, mustard, and more. We were always busy with kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, tubing, biking, and watching movies (provided by the owners) when we got tired. In the mornings we had breakfast on the new deck watching the loons feed, in the evenings after fishing, the kids had campfires. Being that there are not many cabins on the lake, it was not very busy. The beaches next door at the state park were nice as well. This place is very family friendly (for kids of all ages) and relaxing. We are recommending this place to all of our family and friends and plan on lining up another family trip there.

Great Family Vacation

This property of Marc's was wonderful. The lake is beautiful and the house easily accomidated my whole family (11). I have stayed at 3 of Marc's 4 properties, every property is clean, nicely furnished, great electronics and the kitchen has everything you need. We spent every day outside, walking the park trails, kayaking and swimming. The young adults in the group appreciated the 2 parks for social opportunities. This will be a yearly event for our family.
Owner's Response: Tracey, I'm glad it all worked out! That's high praise for the Clear Lake house given that you've been at 2 of the 3 Bears. My partners and I worked really hard to make the place special. Given the clear blue waters, it hard not to fall in love with it.

Heaven on earth!

Had the most relaxing time at you place! The house was amazing, everything you need is there, just bring food and clothes! The lake REALLY lives up to it's name!
Like swimming in an aquarium, nice and shallow all along the property so the kids can safely play in the water all day long, yet plenty big enough for fishing and power sports too!

Can't wait to go back with the family next year!
