Villa du Soleil is a luxury 4-bedroom villa (sleeps 8) set in landscaped gardens of 2750 m2 close to the villages of VALBONNE and MOUGINS. Private heated pool and air conditioned bedrooms. Sunny south facing aspect on the site of an old vineyard. Only 20 minutes from Nice Airport, and 11km from the Croisette in Cannes - a wonderful country retreat but close to the buzz of the Riviera. Recently constructed to an extremely high specification - a holiday villa with all the comforts of home. A large covered terrace has a table to seat 8 in comfort and a gas barbeque is available for your use. Plenty of loungers and sun chairs are supplied to help you relax around the pool or on the terraces. The heated free-form pool has a Californian beach - ideal for toddlers or relaxing adults! Inside the villa you have 3 double bedrooms and one twin. Your holiday home comes with everything you would expect, well-equiped kitchen and laundry room, Sky TV, wireless broadband and DVD player.

We are nestled in the foothills behind Cannes - in the country but with easy access to the coast from St Tropez to Monaco. The Croisette in Cannes is just 11km from your door. The village of Valbonne is 5 minutes drive away, with a mouth-watering selection of restaurants and the famous Friday market. Not to be missed! The perched village of Mougins is also 5 minutes drive. Home of many famous painters, it has a wonderful selection of art galleries and restaurants. Within walking distance of Villa du Soleil are several restaurants, a wonderful boulangerie, a fruit shop, butchers and small supermarket. Just the hill to walk back up to get home... Many villages are close by to visit - why not try Vence, Biot, Gourdon - or perhaps explore the perfume town of Grasse. The Promenade des Anglais in Nice is also well-worth a stroll - ending up in the restaurants of the old town.

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Valbonne, France

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • When you book a 50% booking deposit is payable, with the balance due 8 weeks before you arrive. A security deposit of Euros 2000 is payable along with this balance payment. This will be refunded within 15 days of your departure. Full booking terms and conditions are available - just ask for a copy.
    The only extra to you is the electricity - which is charged on the metered use and paid locally.
    All linen and towels required during your stay are provided, and changed weekly (but please bring your own beach towels)
    We can arrange for babysitting or cleaning during your holiday - just let us know your requirements. This should be paid locally during your stay.
    A welcome pack will be there on your arrival, with local wine, cheese and fruit.
