This beautiful apartment (70m² ) has the combined advantage of being situated in a historical town, Vincennes with its recently restored Royal Castle, and having direct access to many important sites such as Le Louvre, Le marais, Champs elysées in 10 minutes and even Disneyland Paris about 30minutes. In Vincennes you will be 2 blocks from the famous 'bois de Vincennes' for a family pick nick or walks or bicycle tours. The metro station at 1minute walk is 'Berault' on line 1 the line with the most important tourist sites stops. A public swimming pool is at the foot of the building. This luminous and spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, and a large living room. Its fully equiped kitchen (dish washer, laundry machine, etc...) will seduce you. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a recently renovated 6 floor building and has an elevator.
