Beautiful huge vacation home!

We enjoyed ourselves very much! Just one thing we would worn about. The basement bathroom you can not have a bowel movement in. That was something that was not in the description. We found out about that after we paid. But other wise, we loved the house. The owner is very easy going and nice to deal with. Answering all and any questions. There was more than enough room to have fun in! The screened in porch is a great, comfortable addition! There's a huge dining room table for games and a nice dinner. A very nice gourmet kitchen. The master suite is gigantic and comfortable. The location described was accurate. You are indeed 5 mins from the Rehoboth beach. You are about 10mins from the historic town of Lewes. Which has some really GREAT restaurants and gift shops. The photos don't do the size of the house justice. It looks smaller in the photos than it is. The pool table is warped, I think because it flips over to make an air hockey table. The property was clean and well maintained.

Owner's Response: Kari, thank you very much for your positive review. Rehoboth is not only a great place in the summer but also off-season with all the other activities going on year-around. I updated the caution post on the basement bath. It is brand-new and fully functional. I just like to recommend uage of the other toilets as a sump collects and pumps the waste water out of the lower level into the sewer. With best regards, Dirk.
