This cozy, intimate beach house brings luxurious comfort and convenience to satisfy all your vacation dreams! This amazing lower unit of a beautiful, Cape Cod style duplex has a beautifully appointed, unusually spacious, fully furnished patio, with a fireplace & BBQ, and the front gate is literally a stone's throw from the sand!

There's a large bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed and lots of closet space, a bathroom, a fully loaded kitchen, a large living room and dining area, and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well.

The decor has classic beach house warmth and comfort, and it's just two houses from the beach, on the beautiful/eclectic 30th Ave walk street (Venice Beach walk streets are an official architectural, historical and cultural landmark of the Venice Coastal Zone). It's also just one short block north of Washington 'Square,' where there is a great selection of restaurants, boutiques, convenience stores, and the world-famous Venice fishing pier!

You'll be one short block from Washington Blvd which is loaded with many great restaurants, shops, and boutiques. Everything you need to have the vacation of a lifetime is in the house, or within walking distance.

A five minute walk to the north takes you to the ever bustling Venice Boardwalk with its famous street vendors and Muscle

Beach! A ten minute walk takes you to Hana Sushi, one of the finest Sushi restaurants in Los Angeles. Disneyland is 39 miles away, Universal Studios theme park 15, and Sony Studios, formerly MGM/Columbia is only 6 miles away in Culver City.
