Bruch road house is booked in July and August

We have another 3 bedroom 1.5 bath rental that is 5 min walk to ocean beach that is available in July and August Monday morning to Friday afternoon.

• Living room large and bright with knotty pine walls and hardwood floors.

• Two bedrooms on first floor: one bedroom has a king sized bed the other bedroom has two twin-sized beds.

• Second floor has one large bedroom with a full-sized bed and a twin bed, plus a small room with a TV and twin bed.

• Air conditioners in the three bedrooms .

• One full Bath with tub downstairs with washer and dryer and one half bath upstairs.

• Full kitchen with separate dining room accommodates six comfortably with a slider to deck.

• Cable televisions and Wireless internet access.

• Enclosed patio/breezeway with slider to deck.

• Private Deck with awning and gas grill and outdoor furniture in backyard. Sun deck in front yard.

• Private backyard with outdoor shower and clothesline

Many flowering plants, cool breezes

Pets are not allowed. Linens or towels are not provided .

About a 5 minute walk to two ocean beaches on Nantucket Sound. Enjoy your morning coffee on a park bench as the sun rises over the ocean. South Middle Beach and Parker’s River both have lifeguards and restrooms. Parker’s River has an outside shower, bike rack, concession stand, swings and gazebo. South Middle Beach has a free car turn around to drop off and pick up. Bass River beach, ½ mile from rental property, has a boat ramp, fishing deck, bath house, outside shower, bike rack and concession stand. .03 miles to renting parasail, jet ski, kayaks and banana boat ride

Walk to Skippers restaurant, ocean view. About 1 mile to Dairy Queen, Bass River Sports world, Papa Ginos, Stop &Shop and mini golf. ZooQuarium is 1.5 miles. Dunkin Donuts, MacDonald’s, Shaws supermarket, Ocean State Job Lot, Red box, Post office, Walgreens, Chinese restaurant and Our Lady of the Highway church is about 2.5 miles. Bass River golf course is 3 miles. Hyannis (5 miles): ferry to islands, Melody Tent and Cape Cod Mall.

Beautiful house in a great location. We enjoyed walking on the beach every morning. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of neat spaces. Perfect for families. Can't wait to visit again!

Perfect Cape Cottage

What a perfect cape cottage! From the moment I arrived I felt I had entered an oasis away from my everyday hectic life and schedule. The cottage was clean and comfortable. I have stayed in a variety of places and this was by far the cleanest property I have ever rented. The cottage's decor was attractive, comfortable and I felt at home immediately. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine was so peaceful and relaxing! A quick walk to the beach, great morning walks through the neighborhood, easy access to some great local restaurants, and the perfect spot to just unwind!
The cottage had everything I would need to feel at home and make my vacation easy and relaxed! The cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway, for a fun filled family vacation or for a girls getaway!!!! I look forward to another week at this beautiful cottage!

Great Cape Cod feel, by the beach!

We're ready to come back this summer again! Our stay was the perfect Cape Cod get-a- away. We had no complaints with the house or location. It felt very homey and comfortable and you could tell right away it is well cared for and so clean! We had a mini-family reunion there and loved the fact there were beds enough for all and the backyard and deck gave us a great place to enjoy barbecues and games.Having the ocean just a short walk away was great and I loved the beach. Coming back to an outdoor shower was fun too. The kitchen didn't get used a lot as we found lots of great places near-by to eat out at. I would highly recommend this as I already have to my friends and co-workers. We'll be back soon!
