This beautiful and cozy pool villa is located within a small and safe beachfront development project (almost opposite Koh Samed, a very beautiful island). The beach is safe-to-swim and very very beautiful. There are only 7 villas like this one, and each one share the private pool that is accessible only by these 7 pool villas' owners (or renters.)

Located in a small development project with all the comfort, great security, and services, this pool villa is going to be a great place to stay especially for families or couples. The story of this pool villa actually started when my parents found a beachfront villa there, and we bought the place almost on the first day that we saw it since it was so beautiful, and in a perfect location! We often go there, and enjoy very much the great weather and the atmosphere there, as well as the ease of finding good and low-priced food around the house. We love it so much that we decided to also buy this villa (as well as 2 units of condominium within the same project.)

I gotta tell you the scenery is breathtaking, and the weather is always amazing there. The shared pool for the 7 pool villas is just a 2 steps from the living room, and it has the jacuzzi just right there! If you decide to take a swim, then the pool is also big enough. It is ideal for everyone to enjoy the activities together here, kids to adults.

The project also has a bigger pool which just right in front of the beach.

The bedrooms are very comfortable as well as the bathrooms. It is going to be your perfect holiday get-away!

I, as the owner, is willing to help the guests make arrangements about all kinds of things as I run my own company and have flexible schedule. So, anything, just ask!

** This development project itself is very small, with only 35 villas and then the condo which would be the furthest from the beach. So it doesn't get busy even at high season. And the guests are all very friendly and well-mannered as the location (Klaeng and Phe area in Rayong) is known for being peaceful and quiet, as it doesn't have any night lift or crazy beach stuff. The Scandinavian families are perhaps the most seen tourists around this area.

About Knitting Triyanond

I work alongside my brother in our own music company. We produce music for artists, help develop the artists, as well as do all kinds of music productions. (He is the music guy, and I'm the marketing/business girl.)

On top of that, I get in freelancing jobs once in awhile to make sure I still am keeping up with the business world although it has been.. well.. 11 years since I got my MBA.

Apart from those, of course, I help my parents rent out and take care of these beautiful rental properties, which they started buying after my dad semi-retired and realize how much having nice vacation homes is what makes us very happy! So, sharing this happiness with everyone will be my pleasure!

As mentioned earlier, it all started when we purchased our own vacation home at this development project. We're very happy with the management, the beautiful property, the design, the qualities of the materials and things used at the house, as well as the great and friendly atmosphere at the project and the area around it. So now we own 3 more units of properties for rent. The pool villa and 2 units of condo.

What makes this villa unique

I think the BEST thing there is the great weather and the beautiful beach, as well as how Rayong (especially that area) isn't spoiled. But at the same time it has all the things you need! When my parents consider buying a vacation home, they think of everything. We would never like it if the property is located within an area where everything is overpriced because of the tourists, for instance. And we're also used to having a lot of comforting stuff like having the big and small supermarkets within small distance. They even think about hospitals and everything!

So it is a great place for both long and short stays, and it will be perfect for everyone who doesn't want to get too crazy while they're away on a beach holiday.

Most relaxing holiday

We have just spent 3 weeks at this fabulous home. It was the most relaxing holiday we have had in many years. the home is everything it promises. the staff that are there at the complex were so friendly and a pleasure to be with. there was nothing that was too much trouble for them. we would gladly recommend this beautiful home for your holiday as we would be very happy to return there. Rayong is a very quiet place to visit. no hustle and Bussle here that you would find in Bangkok but it's no problem to catch a bus or a taxi there or to Pataya if your after a fabulous shopping expedition. then you can return to your relaxing home and back to holiday mode, have a swim in your private pool, choose the large complex pool or step of your patio and swim in the ocean. it's all there. kind Regards Tony and Louise Australia
