A lovely bright and spacious 1-bedroom top floor apartment (with lift). Situated on Nice's trendy Rue De France at the start of the Pedestrian Area. The apartment is 50 meters from the beach with its own private access via Le Royal Hotel (on Promenade des Anglais next to Palais de Mediterannee). The apartment is very bright with all rooms leading onto the large sunny terrace. The terrace enjoys all-year-round Cote d'Azur sunshine and is perfect for al-fresco dining with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The spacious living room is equipped with a high quality sofa/bed which can be easily switched into a double bed. The dining area has a dining table for 4 persons. There is a TV (with English Sat TV BBC, ITV, Sky news etc) and Hi-Fi/CD Player. There is WiFi internet access and phone for incoming calls. The kitchen is fully modernised and equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

    There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.
