Lake Minnetonka is so close to Minneapolis you can see skyscrapers at Interstate 394 and 494! This urban lake is the 9th largest in Minnesota at 14,004 acres (5667 hectares) with about 125 miles (201 kilometers) of shoreline. It's large, and so are your activity choices. There are many restaurants... with the grand-daddy Lord Fletchers of the Lake with docking for dozens of boats and seating for over 300 on the wharf!
