Visit just once to this newly renovated home, and you'll fall in love with it and want to return! The Behr home is located on Marsh Hill in Andover, just 1/2 mile of of Route 11. Inside you'll find custom wood working, awesome character, and a house full of warmth. The views are amazing and the fireplaces will keep you warm on a cold winter night!

For all you cooking enthusiast, the kitchen is well equiped for cooking and serving your guests!

This house is perfect for a large family, or for 2 small families.

There is a studio apartment in the upper level of the house, contected by a custom made log stair case. The studio is equiped with a kitchen, dining table, full bath, fireplace, bedroom with a full size bed, and two day beds.

You won't miss having a TV here with all the novels and games to get lost in that are tucked away on the shelves!

Highly recommend this lovely house

We fell in love with this house the instant we walked in. It is much roomier and even more charming than in the pictures. We comfortably fit a couple, three young children and a grandparent. The backyard was great for sledding. The fireplaces were excellent. It was very comfortable and homey, and a great getaway. Loved all the books and games and decor.

The only advice I would give would be to have winter tires if you are coming in winter. The hill to the house is very steep and our minivan could not make it up in the fresh snow, though once the streets were sanded it was doable.
