Beautiful Studio All Furnished & Included In The Heart Of South Beach

The Hudson South Beach is located in the most desirable part of South Beach, with walking distance to everything: dining, shopping, nightlife, events, art & culture, the convention center, and of course the ocean! No need for a car.

1 Block from Espanola Way;

1 Block from the shopping on Collins Ave;

2 Blocks from the shopping and dining of Lincoln Rd;

2 Blocks from the beach;

Our luxurious non-smoking condo is a recently renovated Art Deco building with a pool (which is rare in South Beach condos). The unit features Cherry wood floors, granite counter-tops, travertine tile in the bathroom, and warm colors to make you feel at home. There is a full kitchen complete with appliances and cooking utensils. Linens and towels are provided. Just bring your personal items, and you are ready to enjoy.

If you love relaxing weekend getaways, with a nice mix of nightlife and entertainment, you will enjoy this renovated condo and it's convenient South Beach location.

The area is laid-back and has everything you need:

Loads of shopping;

Outdoor cafes;

Many interesting ethnic restaurants;

Jazz dinner clubs;

Tremendous nightlife, clubs, and lounges;

Small grocery stores and pharmacies (within a block);

We advise our guests that since everything is located within walking distance of the studio, a car is not necessary. If you must bring a car, there are several city parking lots within a few blocks. A parking pass is available for street parking, although it can be difficult to find a spot.

Nice appartment, bad organisation!

This is a really nice appartment, central, cosy and very clean!
But the organisation around it was extremly bad... We arrived from NYC and I couldn't reach the owner... after one hour of trying to contact him, he told me he would be there in an hour.. one hour became 2 and the change to another appartment... we could stay there, he told me! After two days it knocked on our door and some guy told us, that we have to move! Normally this is not a big deal... but we had to wait 2 more hours, outside the building before someone came with the key to the appartment we actualy booked... so all in all, we lost nearly a whole day by waiting!
In the end I was acused of lying and got a not really honest apology...

If you book from another country... just don't!

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! Decided to go to South Beach at the last minute. Checked out Homeaway for a Morgan Stachs property (They have the best and nicest properties in South Florida) and was very lucky to find this quaint yet comfortable studio on Washington Ave. The apartment is perfect two. Five Guys burgers is across the street. Lincoln Road is a block away. Ocean Drive is two blocks. The price is PERFECT. This is the best value on South Beach. The apartment is fully stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The property manager knows everything about the beach and things to do. They were able to arrange VIP access to the nightclubs for us. Morgan Stachs always makes my trips effortless. BOOK THIS APARTMENT FOR COMFORT AND VALUE
