Semi-basement: living-room with TV satellite and double sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and bath 'jacuzzi'. The property is a perfect place to relax , to enjoy the garden with pool and the nice sandy beaches of the 'Versilia ' region.

The villa is located in a quiet and beautiful rural surrounding, only a few minutes by car (2500m) away from the beaches of the Tuscan coast. A large supermarket, open daily, is only 1500m away, other shopping facilities can be found 2km away. The select boutiques of the promenades of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi and the numerous weekly markets shouldn't be missed. It is also a good starting point to visit the Tuscany: Lucca (25min), Pisa (30min), Florence (70min), Siena (70min). A visit of «Cinque terre» shouldn't be missed either. All kind of sports can be practised: water sports (wind surf, surf, swimming), tennis, horseback riding, cycling, biking, golf club in Forte dei Marmi and in Pietrasanta.
