Our townhouse is near it all--nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach--right where you want to be! It is spacious, open, and full of light. You will enjoy your vacation in our townhouse. It is cheerfully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. It has tile and wood floors, and has recently been remodeled and redecorated. The kitchen has new lovely granite counter tops and is well equipped for anything you want to cook up. Or, there is a variety of many great restaurants for your dining pleasure on County Road 30A. You will find many interesting shops filled with unique treasures in the area. There is a fantastic Outlet Mall about fifteen minutes away on Highway 98W and Pier Park Shopping fifteen minutes away on Highway 98E.
Our townhouse is located in the first building facing the entrance to Cassine Gardens. It is just steps away from the beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf just across County Road 30A. One of the two community pools is located right behind our townhouse. Cassine Gardens is the best of both worlds for beach lovers and nature lovers. The grounds around our 'little piece of heaven' are plush green lined with local flowers and foliage.
Stroll the grounds and you will find a basketball goal for playing , a pond for fishing, a gazebo for relaxing, nature trails for hiking or biking, a picnic pavilion with grill, tennis courts and a second pool. There is a 31 mile bike/walk path on 30A, directly in front of Cassine Gardens.
Play in the beautiful white sand and swim in the sparkling clean Gulf just across the street from our town home. Or just relax on the beach enjoying sunrise and sunset. Read, chat, nap or just listen to the waves under the large beach umbrella and chairs we provide for your convenience.
We don't get to our 'little piece of heaven' as often as we would like. So we decided to rent our place so that others could enjoy it too. We enjoy biking and taking short or long walks on the 31 mile bike trail on Hwy 30A. We often take a lunch to the beach, spend the day floating in the water, walking on the beach, or just relaxing under an umbrella with a book and sipping a glass of wine while watching the gorgeous sunset.
Our family has vacationed in this area for the last 25 years. When we decided to buy, we knew it had to be Seagrove Beach because we enjoy the quiet, family atmosphere, as well as the convenience of being close enouigh to restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, etc. Cassine Garden is the best of both worlds with the beach just across the street and nature trails which border the back of the property.
Our town house is perfect for us--the beach is just a 2-3 minute walk across the street, the pool is just a few steps from our back door, and the nature trails are just right for hiking in the woods. Our grown children and their families still choose to vacation all together here once a year.
We enjoyed our Fall girls get away. Your lovely place is just perfect. It is full of light, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed. The weather cooperated and the beach was beautiful. We also enjoyed restaurants near by. We look forward to returning to your townhouse next year.
My wife and I have been coming to Cassine Garden for many years and just love the variety of activities one can do, from hiking, bike riding, watching sunsets, relaxing on the beach, picnicking and eating out. The stay at Rosemary's place made all these activities even more enjoyable. It is beautifually decorated, clean and well-supplied, from the kitchen to the very comfortable beds and showers. We spent many nights eating late- night dinners on the private patio, surrounded by nice trees and bushes, and just steps away from the swimming pool. All our needs were met and nothing disappointed us. It 's a short walk to the beach and the great biking trail along highway 30A. We spent hours exploring Point Washington State forest which one can access directly from Cassine Garden, Grayton Beach hiking trails, Alys Beach boardwalk trail, and Deer Lake's beach and wooded trails. For hikers,the board walk trail within Cassine Gardens is a must to take and if you keep on that trail for about 1/2 mile it will take you to a secluded picnic table down by Eastern lake. If you are a jogger, there are many beautiful trails to run on, not far from your back door. All in all, a fantastic vacation and a great place to stay. Our stay at this condo was perfect! I don't know where to start...We had two adults and two teen boys and we had more than enough room. Everything was just as described. Everything needed to make this an enjoyable stay was provided from the well stocked kitchen to the bathrooms with soap, lotion, shampoo and cream rinse and an abundance of towels; we found games, books, magazines; cleaning supplies; beach chairs and umbrella; we were lacking nothing! We loved the location. It was quiet, the grounds were well maintained and clean and the pool right outside the back door was great! The walk to the beach was short and enjoyable and we loved the proximity to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Panama City and Destin. The boys rode bikes to the Tom Thumb for snacks and we rode or walked to several restaurants in Seaside and the Cowgirl Kitchen in Seagrove; Flip Flop restaurant in Seagrove and Summer Kitchen in Rosemary Beach. We walked up the street to Big Fish Bike rentals and they were wonderful. I can't say enough about this wonderful condo and highly recommend it and we would definitely consider renting here again. This is my third trip to the Seagrove Beach area and this townhouse was the best place we have stayed.
It is a lovely condo, very well maintained and comfortable. It is also close to everything, right off of 30A but amazingly quiet and restful. The grounds of Cassine Gardens are lovely as well and lead to good hiking trials which really make you think that you are away from all the hustle and bustle. Rosemary was extremely helpful and cooperative. I hope to return again and would hope to stay in the same location. I would definitely recommend this townhouse at Seagrove Beach.
We had a great time. This condo is comfortable, clean and in excellent condition. It's location is convenient to many activities and being able to rent bikes at the shop next door was especially nice for our family. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
Our stay at Cassine Gardens was wonderful. The unit is very comfortably furnished, impeccably clean and in an ideal location to the beach and pool. Having bedrooms upstairs made it very roomy and full size washer and dryer a plus. Looking out onto the trees and grass surrounding the back of the unit is a feast for the eyes after the beach. And the pool is delightful. Spotlessly clean and just far enough away to not intrude on the peacefulness. The walk to the beach is a breeze, with showers at the top of the beach stairs. Great restaurants nearby. Very easy to walk lots of places and bike rentals nearby. Would love to go back!
Cassine Garden is a unique vacation spot. It has it all--the beach, the pool, nature trails, hiking, tennis, 31 miles walking and biking trail on 30A. While activities are conveniently available, there is a real sense of relaxation with every gorgeous sunrise and magnificent sunset.
