This 20th floor luxury penthouse with fantastic views is a rarity of closets, bathrooms, openness yet private spaces, extra wide private terrace wrapping around dining room and den with great views to the East River and Northern view of city skyline (see pictures of Chrysler Bldg from terrace).

The Empire State Building/Macy's is just 3& 4 Avenues respectively to the West, Time Square, Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden, Grand Central Station, the museums are all a short walk away. (All maps, tour guides, etc you'll need will be on the table with extra keys on your arrival). Grocery stores, huge movie theater, Borders, major restaurants even Starbucks and gym all downstairs. But if needed, the subway entrance is on the block! And if you must, bring the car. 2 Parking Garages are below the building as well!
Every amenity possible here for you: secure building, friendly doormen, new kitchen and baths with dishwasher, garbage disposal, central heat, 5, yes 5 airconditioners, HD flat screens in master bedroom and living room with DVR/TIVO, Time-Warner Cable, Wireless Internet. And, our cleaner will make beds with clean linens and clean entire place before and after you.
We have quality linens for all couches/beds in any arrangement you choose and if you decide beforehand how you prefer to sleep, I can arrange for you.
By the way, the review from Arlene was of a property I had in DC, not this one. And I now have a big coffee maker for you thanks to her review. :)
The last guest, Terry & family, recommended that I make room in our many chests. Done... and I even bought a new high quality iron & iron board too. Thanks for the suggestions guys. :)
