The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a double size bed. One full bathroom with toilet.

There is a family room with television, DVD player, hi-speed Internet access and dining table for 4 people. The kitchen has all mod cons.

The tasteful and charming decor is relaxing and inviting with a mix of contemporary and antique furniture.

The location is superb for exploring Paris, shopping and fine dining.

We were truly enchanted not only byJohan's elegant and comfortable apartment, but also by Johan himself, who could not have been a more thoughtful and gracious host. Even though he has a busy professional life and travels a good deal, he always responded promptly when we had a question and provided consistently helpful information. We were also pleased to have functioning wi-fi and an effective communication center. Well worth it! We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Paris!

We spent a great time in Paris. This apartment is very good located, ideal for our sightseeing. Good food in the neighborhood restaurants makes it very convenient. The flat itself was clean and very functional. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this place. My wife, our two daughters, and I spent 4 great nights. The apartment was clean and specious. It is a perfect location to explore Paris. We'll want to stay there any time we go back.

My husband I, with our daughters and grandchildren spent a few days at this wonderfully-located apartment. It's on what we would call the second floor with easily-manageable stairs. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the kitchen has every piece of equipment needed. It was so less expensive than if we had rented 3 rooms at a comparable hotel, and no one would have had a better location than this apartment. A metro stop is "right there".

charming Parisian loft

The location of this beautiful historic building is located in the heart of Paris, is convenient for visiting all the historical center of Paris in 10 minutes you get to the Louvre, the Seine, you can get a pleasant walk to the Ile de la Cite - Notre Dame metro station is located a few meters from the apartment. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafes and bakeries fantastic. The apartment is very clean, very spacious for Paris standards, has a well equipped kitchen. We're waiting to come here again.
