In the south western part of Madeira near Ponta do Pargo at an altitude of 450 meters approximately this property offers splendid views overlooking the Atlantic ocean. The apartment is in within a family house and suitable for 2 or 3 people. It is on the top floor and consists of a separate private entrance.The bathroom, living room, kitchen and bedroom are all with private access to the guests only. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is two terraces, one on the top of the roof and the other one in front of the living room / bedroom with garden furniture offering wonderful views over the Atlantic ocean and the green countryside of Amparo area.

Across the road where the apartment is located there is a family owned local mini supermarket with the essentials that you need during your stay, even with fresh bred every day. There is a bar next to the supermarket to drink a warm cup of coffee or tea and a souvenirs shop as well. Driving 5 minutes to Ponta do Pargo village you will find a chemist, restaurants, banks, post office, etc. Only 400 meters away from the apartment lies a levada walk to enjoy the nature surrounding the area.

  • We would like to ask you kindly to make a deposit of 50% of the rental rate to secure your reservation and the remainder is due to be paid up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
    When your booking is made within less than 6 weeks of your arrival, the complete payment is required and it is non-refundable.
    The deposit can only be reimbursed when the cancellation of your reservation is made until 90 days prior to your arrival, otherwise, there is no place for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to ensure acknowledgment of your cancellation is received in good time.
    In order to be protected from our policy of cancellations and reservations and to avoid disappointment, we highly recommend you to subscribe the travel insurance provided by the web sites.
    We request to our guests to check out until 10:00 and the property will be available for the check in from 16:00 onwards.
    There is a supplement of €35 for a third person and an other €35 for the fourth person per week.
