This popular property is located in the preferred location of Laguna Beach Village. This property has a spectacular ocean view and is located in the immediate downtown area of Laguna Beach. THE LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT. This property is walking distance to the beach, shopping district, entertainment district,restaurants, ice cream parlors, art galleries, world famous art festivals, museums, etc., etc. It is in a quiet area and is very private, yet conveniently located with an easy 5 minute walk to the main downtown area.

CLIENTS HAVE STATED THAT THE PROPERTY IS WONDERFUL AND CONSISTENTLY STATE THAT IT EXCEEDED THEIR EXPECTATIONS. PLEASE CHECK OUT THE WONDERFUL REVIEWS.

This property is well maintained and comes complete with a kitchen with full amenities, indoor and outdoor fireplace, barbeque and washer and dryer. You will love the whitewater view of downtown Laguna's Main Beach. The property provides a dedicated parking space and so much more. The property is appropriate for children and pets can be approved.

BUT, PETS MUST BE APPROVED.

The main bedroom area has an upgraded queen size bed with upgraded linens. The additional sleeping area is the living area which has a trundle/daybed which can act as a sofa during the day and 2 single beds at night (or pushed together to be a queen sized bed). Trundle beds feature regular mattresses versus a sofa sleeper combination which uses a very thin mattress and is less comfortable for sleeping.

Entertain yourselves and friends on the beautiful large wrap around deck with panaromic whitewater views. There are dining tables both inside and outside and a barbeque for your use. If you prefer to dine out, you can walk to any one of the fabulous dining establishments that have helped make Laguna Beach famous! This property is decorated wonderfully.

Our second vacation at this property was even better than the first! It's the only place my husband says he completely relaxes. The apartment is so clean and very well equipped. One night we cooked pasta, then wondered if there was a colendar in the kitchen. Yep, there was! You can walk everywhere from this location. Bob, the owner, takes pride in this place and you can really tell. We would (and have) recommend this adorable retreat to anyone. We stayed an extra day this time and really enjoyed ourselves. It's a magnificent ocean view and you can hear the waves crashing. Sometimes you can even see Catalina. Anything you need to know is in a helpful book that Bob has provided. You can feel confident renting this place!

We loved this place. The view from the deck is outstanding! It overlooks the main beach with white water views. Fall asleep listening to the waves, walk to the village (3 min). We have been coming to Laguna for 10 years and this location is the best. Favorite restaurants are las brisas, lumberyard, hotel laguna, whitehouse,watermark, and mosaic at montage. Very comfortable, charming decor, and if you need more space there are 2 studio units and a larger 3 bedroom on the property as well. We will definitely come back. Thanks, Bob

This unit by all means exceeded my expectations! The location is within walking distance to the town center. The view of the ocean from the huge balcony and the sound of the waves are the perfect backdrops. Bob is very professional and accomodating - I have already booked through Bob for my next business trip!

We have stayed in this unit twice now, and will be back again in the future. You can hear the ocean at night, in addition to seeing the ocean and even the breakers during the day! Great stay

Found the place clean and convenient to the town center, as well convenient to day trips out of town. Our stay was very quiet and secure. The cottage sits up some stairs so if you have a condition preventing or limiting your ability to access stairs, this site may not be for you. Having said that we sixty something year olds accessed the property conveniently. The owner has thought of everything you may need to make your stay easy and pleasurable, and is readily access able should you need something. You never tire of the views of the ocean, beach, or town, perched up the hillside. Would I stay there again should I return to laguna beach, Definitley!!!
