MAGNIFICIENT AND SUNNY CONDO IN THE HEART OF MONTREAL

My family and I (4 of us) really enjoyed staying here during our trip to Montreal. The condo is clean, modern, and well stocked. Loved the soaking bathtub as well as the selection of French Canadian films. The condo is well situated – if it weren’t for the rain that we got while visiting, it would have been very easy to walk, take a Bixi, or hop on the subway to go anywhere in the city. Eric was very helpful and easy to book with. I would definitely come back here and recommend the place to visitors who want easy access to Montreal without the hassles of parking and traffic.

Cozy, beautifully decorated condo opposite a big, green park and a "bixi" bike depot. With many colorful shops, bakeries and patisseries nearby, plus two supermarkets just steps away, this is a great place for an active family. The dining room chairs were so comfortable, I wanted to take them home. Unexpected bonus-the deep soaking tub in the bathroom and the balcony off the kitchen. So relaxing.

We stayed in this apartment with a family of 5, and had a wonderful time here. It is located in a very new apartment complex, not far from the Montreal subway, and a few blocks away from a supermarket, ice cream parlor etc. The park across the street is an oasis of green, with playfields, mature trees and a beautiful outdoor pool. (free entrance on weekdays!). The apartment itself is fully equipped with new kitchen, pots and pans, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are also available and save time, not having to go to a laundromat. An outdoor patio overlooking the courtyard has a couch and BBQ to use. The bathroom was beautiful and clean, with new bath towels. Eric's wife, Amelie, even dropped by with extra towels to use for the swimming pool! We were there when the temperatures were around 36C every day, and if the apartment would have had an airco in every room, it would have scored a perfect 10 out of 10. The airconditioner in the living room is working great, but even when you leave the bedroom doors open, the cool air doesn't really reach them. Still, this was one of the most beautiful apartments we ever stayed in, and would return in a heartbeat if we could. Thank you Eric and Amelie for your hospitality! Ellen, Calgary AB.
