Spend your Portland vacation downtown in comfort and style in this spacious one bedroom in a fabulous location. From one window, you have a view of the upscale shopping district of NW 23rd Avenue outside your door - from another window you can see beautiful Washington Park, home to the Oregon Zoo, the Japanese Garden, the International Rose Test Garden, and beautiful walks and views.

Enjoy an 850 sq ft 1bd/1ba with huge windows, lots of light, updated kitchen, three closets, and a super-luxury king-sized canopy bed. Wood floors and original vintage accents throughout. Living room has a 42' LCD HDTV, premium cable, DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet included. Stocked kitchen includes full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and silverware. There are onsite laundry facilities one floor down.

Directly on a bus line, five blocks from MAX light rail, and 12 blocks from the streetcar. 23rd, 21st, Powell's City of Books, and the Pearl District are within walking distance; the streetcar can take you further into downtown for free. Free 24-hour-per day parking with included parking pass located one block away; there is parallel street parking in back of the building.

Really lovely place that's kept up well. I has all you need with charm. Great speciality store next door and really close to the center of 23rd and 21st. I was working in the Pearl and it took me 20 mins to walk. I'd love to stay here again.

Sara's apt. is in a very good location with excellent shops and restaurants right outside the door. Parking is convenient and free. Each day we liked the apartment even better and it was very clean. The bed is super comfortable and I am very picky. They were gracious enough to drag over an additional mattress for a third visitor without extra charge. Nice big closet and hangars for us ladies that pack too much. (Room to hang out the wrinkles). Thanks Sara and Tim.

Pretty good location. Bus Stop close by so just have to take the bus to get to downtown ( or can walk for about :30 mins) if you have no car. Supermarket right next door. Tim greeted us and was helpful and friendly. There were no issues during our stay so we never needed to contact him. Apartment was clean and cozy. The only concern is that the building is on a main road so at night you hear the road (tire) noise of cars passing by ( I sleep with earplugs so it didn't bother me but my wife had problems sleeping). Otherwise, a pretty good deal.
