Recently purchased in May 2008 and completely refurbished this self catering property is situated in the much sought after complex of Las Carabelas, offering quiet high quality accommodation set in pretty well maintained gardens with two seperate pool areas and a sun terrace with views of Puerto Colon. There is an array of shops, bars and restaurants within a stone throw. The south facing apartment has a large tiled terrace , approximately 30ft L shaped to the rear and side of property with built in BBQ area, sunbeds, table, chairs and parasol . It also benefits from a remote control powered sun canopy. The pool is within 20 metres of the front door. This property is ideal for rental all year around with air conditioning in summer and heating in the chillier winter evenings.

Las Carabelas is a quality complex adjacent to La Pinta resort on the western side of Playa de Las Americas, close to Adeje with nice views over Puerto Colon and the sea. Just a short walk to Puerto Colon marina and a sandy beach.The centre of Las Americas with its high quality shopping area is a short bus ride away or a stroll along the seafront. The local market, a ten minute stroll away is every Thursday and Saturday. Golf courses are within 10 minutes drive. The Marina and harbour of Puerto Colon offers fishing trips, pleasure trips and sight seeing excursions to see whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. Sight seeing trips around the island are available through numerous agents. Car hire also readily available. There is a lovely sea front walk (the Geranium Walkway), which leads from Puerto Colon right to La Pinta Beach, onto Playa Del Duque and La Caleta or on the left from Puerto Colon through Las Americas and onto the neighbouring Resorts of Santiago and Los Cristianos.

Notes: The kitchen is well equipped to ensure maximum comfort during your stay: halogen hob, grill and oven, sandwich maker, liquidizer, 1 small fridge in the kitchen area and a fridge on the terrace next to BBQ. Also washing machine. There is a 32 inch flat screen television, DVD player and compact CD music system. There is a CCTV camera system programmed into a TV channel featuring footage of front gate activity. Access through main complex entrance can be activated from the bungalow via telephone intercom and door entry system. For a 2 week stay linen change at beginning of 2nd week On day of arrival check in time not 'officially' before 2pm and on departure day 'officially' check out time by 10am. If we can accommodate requests for different times then we will always do so. For later check out times please speak to cleaner whose contact details can be found in the information book but obviously this will depend if and what time new guests are arriving
