Luxury villa with views of the mountains Playa Blanca. Tranquil location and only a few minutes drive from an array of beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home. The lounge area opens onto a spacious private terrace with large private pool, sun loungers, outside shower, al fresco dining area, and BBQ. Internally, there is 1 large double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 single bedroom. There is a further family shower room. The living room has a TV with satellite TV, channels include 24 hour movies, news, cartoons, music etc. Other facilities include dishwasher and washing machine.

  • Notes to the rental rates:
    Bookings can be taken for 2 people and 10% discount will be applied on the rates quoted other than high season when normal rates will apply. We also offer 10 day breaks contact owner for rates and availability. Rates shown are based on 6 people sharing.The villa sleeps a maximum of 6 people if Z bed is used for extra person. Changeover day for bookings is flexible depending on availability. Due to change overs, the villa is normally available from 2pm on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure although depending on bookings and flight times we may be able to assist in varying on these times but this could not be confirmed at the time of booking.

The kitchen is fully equiped and includes a toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. Linen and towels are provided to allow guests to save on luggage space. Our villa is maintained to a high standard and should any problems arise during your stay there will be 24hr assistance provided by our villa managers. The villa is located in a small residential area with shops, bars and restaurants only a short walk away. Also for evening entertainment you can use the local hotels. We do have a strict non smoking policy inside the villa but smoking is permitted outside and ash trays are provided.

Our villa is located in a tranquil area of Playa Blanca, the location is only a few minutes drive from an array of beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home. The lounge area opens onto a spacious private terrace with large pool, sun loungers, outside shower, al fresco dining area, and BBQ. There is a large garden area planted with exotic plants. Internally, there are 2 large double bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, and one single room. The living room has a TV with satellite TV, channels include 24 hour movies, news, cartoons, music etc. Other facilities include dishwasher, washing machine.

Fantastic relaxing holiday.

My husband, myself and our 3 children stayed here in Dec 2008 and had a fantastic time. The villa was spotlessly clean, and extremely well equipped. The location is ideal as it is peaceful away from the crowds but just a few minutes drive or 15-20 minute walk to the beaches and shops. The kids had a great time in the pool, I would definately recommend it, and will be booking again in the near future. Thanks.

Our stay at the villa was excellent! It was pretty clean and everything as described. Walk to the town is around 20mins but taxis are fairly cheap at 3euro. The only problem was the tv channels, as only a few where available, however found where to get dvds which was good! The area is quiet and is very relaxing!!
No major hassel and a great stay over all. Perfect holiday! Would defintely be back!

Great holiday

I do not normally post reviews, however, having just returned from a holiday at this villa felt that I should let you know my experience. We felt that the villa was in the perfect location for the type of holiday we were looking for as it was really peaceful and we were able to totally relax whilst we were there. The villa was spotlessly clean, and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided and gave it a very homely feel. Good customer service was provided by the owner Tracey. We would definitely recommend and hope to book again next year.

Very disappointing

Would not recommend.
Arrived no hot water phoned who we were told was the 'Villa Manager' who turned out to be only a Pool Cleaner with no access to the property.
The metal pagoda shown in picture is in need of urgent repair, it vibrates day and night making sleep impossible.
Property was dirty ( bread crumbs on the worktops).
Arranged a 5pm vacation with the owner who then sent around an Estate Agent complete with clients at 12pm & Cleaners at 2pm.
Complained to Owner who basically said was not their fault and now does not reply. Avoid !
Owner's Response: Our villa manager is also reponsible for the pool maintenance and cleaning, his number is given to guests for any problems that may occur at the villa. The pagoda will vibrate occasionaly when winds are high, no one else has ever mentioned or complained about this however will get this looked at just to make sure there is not a problem. Guests may stay later than the agreed 10am departure time if this is viable,this is a gesture of good will and is free of charge, however this is to be agreed with the cleaner who may have other properties to clean. On this occasion it was done as a good will gesture, however appears to have backfired as the cleaner was refused entry and was very upset by the way she was treated.
