The address is Tranquility Point and true to its name, it is located on a quiet little street settled in an area of the lake with very little boat traffic. It has a serene atmosphere which can be contributed to being directly on Lake Martin.
This home is the perfect place to bring large groups of extended family or friends because it accommodates 14 people and has something for everyone to do. For the fishermen there's an underwater 'monster light' designed to attract fish & some fishing gear provided. The water lovers will find a swimming area and a wet slip to park a boat or wave runner. There are several places to rent boats just a few miles away. For those bringing their boats, there's a public boat launch (Smith Boat Landing) just across the large slough but out of sight of the house.
Kids will love this home because it was built with them in mind. It has a large flat yard with a swing set and a custom built playhouse that is furnished just for kids.
After a long day of playing outside they can play with the wii game system located in the bunk room & choose from the 4 tv's scattered around the house.

The main deck extends across the entire lake side of the house and has a comfortable area for seating and a large dinning table. You can find additional seating and dinning areas on the cozy screened porch. To help feed your group their is a ' big green egg' that makes any cook out a success.
The interior of this home is beautifully decorated and designed to showcase the lake. The great room has cathedral ceilings and an entire wall of windows facing the water. It also has plenty of comfortable seating and a 52 inch flat screen tv. Also on the main level along with the great room, kitchen, and 2 dinning areas you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is the master suite with a king sized bed and views of the lake. The other bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom directly across the hall. Both of these bedrooms have a television.
The second level of the home has two more bedrooms, a bunk room loft, and a bathroom. In the upstairs bedrooms you will find a king bed in one room and queen size in the other. The loft has two twin trundle beds that comfortably sleep 4. Also take the pillows off the couches & you have the equivalent of twin beds. There's a inflatable,elevated,queen mattress-just plug it up & it's ready ,for a couple of more sleepers
The location of this home is ideal. It is a ten minute drive from StillWaters resort which is well known for it's golf course which is open to the public. For dinning out, there are 5 restaurants Judy's Stage Coach Inn, Oscars , Poplar Dog, Niffers, Uncle Nick 's Barbeque all in a five mile radius. Also Dadeville is 7 miles away & it has a barbeque place, a Mexican restaurant, a pizza place & a restaurant that serves home cooked meals as well as McDonalds, Subway, etc. Best of all Auburn University ball games are just thirty minutes away. In addition, in the Auburn/Opelika area there are numerous restaurants, movie theaters, a water park, Chewalca Park and more.
This home is an amazing place to vacation anytime of year. It is not only for active 'water lovers' but for those that are seeking a serene place to enjoy nature and wildlife. It is very common to see both deer and turkeys in the area.
