In Calheta village there is an artificial yellow sand beach to catch sun.

  • The €300 rental is for two people. In case there is an extra third or fourth person, a supplement applies. For the third person is €35 and an other €35 for the fourth person per week.
    We would like to ask you kindly to make a deposit of 50% of the rental rate to secure your reservation and the remainder is due to be paid up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
    When your booking is made within less than 6 weeks of your arrival, the complete payment is required and it is non-refundable.
    The deposit can only be be reimbursed when the cancellation of your reservation is made until 90 days prior to your arrival, otherwise, there is no place for reimbursement. It is your responsability to ensure acknowledgement of your cancellation is received in good time.
    In order to be protected from our policy of cancellations and reservations and to avoid disappointment, we highly recommend you to subscribe the travel insurance provided by the web sites.
  • We request to our guests to check out until 10:00 and the property will be available for the check in from 16.00 onwards.
