Recent villa of 2004 built with love by its owners. The 200 sq.m in a hacienda style will charm you by their atmosphere and large volumes.

Whatever you decide to do, you will always appreciate to go back to that place. Embedded in the Provencal hills, it is built around a patio in which grows a hundred-year-old olive tree. Only the cicadas shrilling that rhythm your days will noise about the quiet mornings of this small haven of peace. Have a breakfast around the pool while the sun shows its most beautiful colours. Enjoy some grilling and barbecues with a local rosé, a pure invitation to happiness. The outdoors is also very quiet with a morocco style pool house and a large table to share meals and games, a large couch where you'll be rocked and a bar with barbecue, fridge and music.

At night, the colourful pool lighting will make you doubt whether you want to sleep or spend the night under the stars, sheltered in the comfy settee in the living room.

Why Stephane Garcia chose Calas

The design and creation of this villa represent a few years of my life that I spent achieving a project that I had nurtured inside of me. But life does not end there and today, I rent this place with the help of my entire family to be able to enjoy it without making too many sacrifices. This place deserves to be shared with other people and you will accord it the significance it deserves.

What makes this villa unique

Location: central position, 5 minutes from the town centre of Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes away from Marseille and 7 minutes from the Marseille Provence Airport. In a peaceful area, adjacent to the nature reserve of Lac Bleu and 50 metres from the 13th hole of the 18 holes golf course of La Cabre d'Or.

Place: we had this property designed and built to match us. This single storey house is laid out around a patio with a hundred-year-old olive tree. The energy flow is Zen and you'll immediately feel good. All the spaces are large and the roofs give some height to this single storey building. The exposed beams and the terra cotta tiles give a warm character to the house. You can naturally go outside towards a wonderful pool with its large terrace, natural edges and waterfall. The pool house has just the same flair.

    The security deposit is due upon arrival to the person in charge of welcoming the guests. It will be kept during the stay and refunded maximum 2 months after the guests’ departure.
  • Sheets can be supplied on request upon booking and will be given back upon departure. Rates depend on the number of used beds.
    Sheets: € 40 / sleeping arrangement.
    1 bed: € 40.
    2 beds: € 80.
    3 beds: €120.
    4 beds: €150.

    The cleaning is not included and €100 is required for it (price per day).
