Outdoor living in a quiet, residential quarter of central Nice is what this 5th floor corner apartment is all about. (Yes, there is a lift!) The 80 square meter, two-bedroom apartment itself is truly stunning, recently refurbished to a very high standard, but what makes the property unique is the huge wraparound terrace that effectively doubles the living space. All the rooms have large sliding doors leading to the terrace and all are air conditioned. Meals can be taken outdoors on the table and chairs provided. There is also outdoor lounging furniture on which to take the sun and when things get too hot, there are full-length retractable sun blinds to provide shade. The apartment is located in the 'Musiciens’ district, about five minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais, beaches and the pedestrian zone as well as from the new tram line that goes to the bus station and old town (3 stops). It is also convenient to the railway station for trips along the Riviera.
