A really bright very quiet 1 bedroom air-conditioned apartment in a great location only 30m from Promenade des Anglais and beach. This 6th floor apartment (with lift) has been completely refurbished throughout. On entry you have a very spacious and bright living room with large (very comfy) double sofa/bed a TV, DVD and CD Hi-Fi. There is a fully equipped American kitchen and dining area (table and 4 chairs) the kitchen has a dishwasher/oven/cooking plate/ microwave/kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a large double bed and cupboard. The bathroom has a full bath and shower in bath also there is a washing machine in bathroom. There is a seperate WC. This apartment is south facing and has large double windows that open fully to get the daytime sun. The apartment is located in its own pedestrian cul-de-sac (which makes it very very quiet).
