Beautiful old floors, moldings (small angels) ceilings, large antique mirrors to walls, fireplaces in working order, comfortable central heating. the kitchen is very recent and fully equipped. The close proximity of the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars make it a perfect location for a family holiday at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
The appartment is huge and clean and has THE perfect location right around the corner from The Eiffel Tower.
When I booked the apartment, I was excited to see how close it truly is to the Eiffel Tower, and we were not disappointed! Not only is the apartment directly by the tower, it is a wonderful centralized location to see all of the sites in Paris. Right across the street is a wonderful bakery and grocery store. There are many wonderful restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
The apartment is very clean and set up nicely. There were four adults in our party (coworkers), and it was the perfect place for us to stay for the weekend. All of us agreed that if we returned to Paris, this is where we would stay again. The owners are extremely helpful, and even offered us a place to store our belongings on our check out day so that we could continue our sightseeing. Overall a wonderful experience!
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was amazing and many restaurants, 2 grocery stores, and a bakery were very close.
I spent a fantastic days in this flat. All is perfect with two large bedrooms and one more for children.
The apartment is well located very close Eiffel tower and very amenities around it.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. Our family of 6 fit perfectly. I've been to Paris many times and this was by far the best location I've had a VRBO rental at. It's 5 min to the metro, and you literally walk out, right pivot and you are at the Eiffel Tower inside of 3-4 minutes. Best of all there is a bakery right across the street from the apartment as well as farmers markets with fresh fruit and a store. There are also convenient cafe's. Everything was well equipped, and we appreciated having larger beds. By Paris standards, this apartment was absolutely huge. It was great that the 6 of us could fit around the dining room table too. I was worried it may be a little noisy but it really wasn't too bad for a ground floor. Thanks for a great stay and if we come to Paris again, we will stay here!
Location was great as we were beside the Eiffel tower. We also walked to the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysses (it was a good walk but allowed us to see more of Paris.) There were two little markets across the road that were handy for groceries and a number of small cafe's along the street. It was also close to the train station if you want to visit Versailles. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to visit Paris.
Great area to visit Paris with family. You can have someone who cares for children while walking on the Champ de Mars while others are museums or a boat ride on the Seine and the Eiffel Tower; you can enter at any time make a tea or a nap in the apartment and out without having to take the subway or bus; everything is in walking distance from the apartment.
