Very open house with 3 bedroom, 3 bath and a large tiki hut

The BEACH HOUSE has 3 bedrooms, each with its full bathroom. Sophisticated and easy to live at the same time. Modern furniture and completely renovated in 2012.

The living area (living room/kitchen) is surrounded by sliding doors which brings you all the natural light that you need inside the house. A large sliding door can be completely opened to make a seamless transition from the inside living room to the outside terrace! A pure delight!

You can also enjoy a dip in the large heated pool and relax or dine/BBQ under a large tiki hut.

The BEACH HOUSE has a dock which is perfect for sight seeing, getting on a kayak or a paddle board. You might also get lucky and spot a few dolphins!

Home is beautifullllll!!!! Clean, very modern, private and peaceful. Wonderful days!!!
The location is perfect! And the view is amazing.

The photos posted here...ok. But the "real deal" is much better! Highly recommended

Gael was incredible and extremely helpful...every time.
He made us feel home.

We will be back!

Fabulous *

House surpassed it's description. We were looking forward to our stay, 4 adults and 1 teenager, but the house exceeded our expectations. The facilities and decor are very modern and the view at the rear of the house is fabulous with the heated pool being a great place to laze and soak up that wonderful Miami sunshine. Easy 10 minute walk to beach and plenty of shops and restaurants in the near vicinity.

We also found the road network very easy and were able to visit South Beach without difficulty driving or a 5 minute walk to the bus stop with a $2 bus ride to South beach or Downtown (about 30 mins trip). It is also very accessible to/from Miami International Airport.

To top it all off we were lucky to see some dolphins swimming in the bay behind the house and a stingray swimming around the jetty.

Gael was extremely helpful and responded quickly to queries and arranged a couple of kayaks and fishing tackle for us.

BEAUTIFUL

Beautiful and very modern house. Only 15 min to the main area on Collins ( W Hotel, Shore club etc) Super modern kitchen and beautifully decorated. Owners are very friendly. located in a very quite and safe neighborhood. We loved to stay here and would come back!

Breathtaking

My fiancé and I were lucky enough to stay in this exquisite property which is absolutely stunning, decorated and equipped to a very high standard with any amenity readily available. The location of this property is beautiful and tranquil, my fiancé and I got engaged here and I couldn't have wished or imagined a more perfect setting. If you rent this property you will not be disappointed, as well as staying in a 1st class property you will receive a 1st class service! Roos and Sebastian were fantastic, with nothing being too much trouble. We hope to be able to visit again maybe for our honeymoon!
