The LUXURY VILLA is a beautiful modern vacation home. The inside and outside are completely renovated and decorated to high standards.

Centrally located in a gated community, at walking distance from the beach. (Quiet residential neighborhood).

The LUXURY VILLA is on the water, has a big terrace with dining tables, BBQ grill, lounge area, sun beds, outside shower and heated pool.

Inside there are 4 bedrooms (3 kings/1 twin), 4 full bathrooms and one 1/2 bathroom. Every bedroom is equipped with build in closets and a flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooking island, 2 fridges and a flat screen as well.

All areas of the house are equipped with air-conditioning.

The LUXURY VILLA has a dock which is perfect for sight seeing and enjoy beautiful sunsets. You might also get lucky and spot a few dolphins!
