There are 4 bedrooms, including a master with its own bath. Master bath includes a claw foot soaking/Jacuzzi tub, steam bath, bidet. Master Bedroom (2d floor) has its own private deck. The other three bedrooms are a queen(2d floor), and two bedrooms (One 1st and One 2d floor) with twins. All bedrooms have spacious closets. 2nd bath (2d floor) Tub and shower, sinks, toilet. ½ bath lavette 1st floor. Kitchen is state of the art, 5 burner stove, double oven, double fridge, dishwasher, microwave, prep sink, ice maker, 2 filtered water faucets, etc. Food Pantry. Separate laundry room w/ oversized washer/dryer and wash tub. Outdoor shower. Outdoor charcoal and gas grill, built in stone fire pit. Sun room and living/dining flex room. Outdoor eating area. Central air, ceiling fans, 9’ ceilings. All hardwood floors or natural stone. Approximately 3,200 sf total living space.

A 5 minute walk from your door to private Bonnet Shores Beach, this property is at Narragansett's North End minutes from the conveniences of the North End Village District located on US 1A. At the entrance to Bonnet Shores you can find breakfast, dining, bike rentals, golf range, pharmacy grocery at our local Roch's Market, and more. 4.2 miles to the South and you are in the Narragansett Pier with access to Narragansett Town Beach. Continue South and you will find our famous Narragansett light house and the historic fishing Village of Point Judith. Take day trip to Block Island from the Block Island ferry. You are located only 8 miles from the historic Newport Mansions, Newport Harbor and Newport Naval Base. There are day trips, yachting adventures, historic tours, restraurants, shops and other beaching and recreational activities. You can attend the Tennis Hall of fame for a visit or a World renown match. Easy access to the TF Greene Airport, rental cars, and trains. If you are interested in taking a little more adventurous day trip, you can take the train from Kingston Station to South Station in Boston and spend the day shopping or attending world famous museums. For those who are bargain shoppers take a ride to Mystic Connecticut and enjoy a day of Outlet Shopping followed by some relaxation or entertainment at the Mystic Seaport Aquarium. One town over in South Kingstown's village of Matunuck you can see quality off Broadway actors on stage at Matunuck's Theatre By the Sea. Or just relax. This property is surrounded by Nature Conservancy protected lands. It ramble's to the water's edge where it is teeming with water fowl, fish, fox otters, turtles and more.
