3 Bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 8-9 comfortably

New owners of a beautiful cape home minutes from the beach. Almost every room has been painted and floors refinished. Brand new beds, some furniture and grill. We are only renting it out on a limited basis,4-5 weeks per season. It is three stop signs to the beach (.04 mls.) Right behind Pirates Cove mini golf. Three Bedrooms all with walkin closets. Two Bathrooms and a large living room, dining room and kitchen. Sreened in porch with table 6 large chairs and a futon.Fenced in yard with 4 car parking.We have a basketball court 20 feet away from the house. Tv's and cable.

We love the house and we think you will too.

Local market right around the corner for everday amenities and groceries. Pizza shop one block away. Pirates Cove miniature golf at the bottom of the street as well. check in 1-130 ~ checkout 10 am

  • Each bedrooms has a walk in closet with it's own bureau. The master bedroom has two bureaus. All on the second floor. There is a futon on the sceened in porch. Every mattress is brand new but one and it is only 3 months old.

The house was nice and clean.Bigger than it looks. We did like the fact that it was close to the beach but far enough away from the train.
