June will begin our second year renting our Beach house. We purchased the house in Sept and did a complete home renovation. We added a second floor (2 Bedrooms) One of them is a Master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling. We repainted every room throughout the house, added new tile floors, new carpeting throughout the house and a brand new bathroom. We made the first floor bedroom into a dining room with a marble kitchen table that sits 6.The house is completely fenced in for the kids and has 2 off street parking spots for your vehicles. We added an outdoor bar area with bar stools that over look the yard We have a grill and a second fridge for your convenience. We bought some wave runners for the kids and some beach chairs for the adults.The house is new inside and out so you don't have to be afraid that you are renting a 'dump'. Last year I had every renter in the house unloading there cars by 11 am !!!!! We try to be at the house as the previous renters leave, our crew cleans it and you come in right behind us.Last year worked out perfect, every renter got in early. How many times do you rent a house and loose the first day because of traffic or not being able to get in until the sun goes down . Best of all you will not have to pay for Beach parking. The property is 1-2 blocks from the beach. This year we added cable TV - WIFI and Air conditioning. The house really is a complete package.

Because it is one block from the Pier. The entire house is new ! Carpets - Bathroom = all painted walls - Tile floors - second floor just added. Why look at run down houses when you will be the first to brush your teeth in the new Bathroom. ;)

The house was nice and clean.Bigger than it looks. We did like the fact that it was close to the beach but far enough away from the train.

WE ONLY RENT THE HOUSE FOR WEEKS AT A TIME DURING THE SUMMER (7 DAYS ) SAT-SAT
A deposit of $250.00 is required to hold your week. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. There will be a $300.00 Security deposit fee in addition to the weekly rate which will be returned once property is inspected for damage upon your departure. If there is damage, the security deposit will not be refunded.
