This Tropical Beach Villa Getaway is located right in the heart of town & just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store, & shops. Even though it is located right in the heart of town, it is still secluded in a private, tranquil, & secure gated community. The community in which it is located has a beautiful, tropical botanical garden, pool, & even a private garage for those guests that have either driven in or rented a car (even the garage is located within the secure gated community). This Tropical Beach Villa has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed & the master bedroom has a king size bed. Two of the bedrooms have a walk-out balcony that overlooks the pool area. The kitchen & living room open up to the outdoors to give you that full outdoors living experience. There are ceiling fans in every room (outdoors dining area, living room, & bedrooms). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, electrical appliances (coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, blender, microwave, & even a George Foreman grill), dishes, & glassware. There is a gas top stove, oven, refrigerator, & dishwasher (all the modern conveniences to make this a true home away from home). The place is equipped with Wireless High Speed Internet access, plus there is satellite TV with 194 channels.

It is just an hour & 45 minute drive from Santo Domingo airport (SDQ) & just 15 minutes from the new El Catey airport (AZS).
