There are two fully furnished one bedroom units available to rent. The house was completely renovated in 2011 and maintains the charm of the original beach house with modern amenities and design. Each unit consists of one bedroom with a new queen bed and hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining area. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room which will comfortably sleep two adults. There is a separate shared laundry room which includes a full size washer and dryer for your use as well as unlimited free wifi and cable TV with free movie channels. There is also a large outdoor patio area with dining for four and a new gas BBQ. This is a rare commodity with a unit so close to the beach! We've also included two brand new beach cruisers, beach chairs and a boogie board for your enjoyment. There are plenty of dining choices within walking distance so if you don't feel like cooking, head up to Highland Avenue to grab a bite to eat. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation is here! Please note this is a non-smoking house. Our minimum rental period during peak summer months is one week.
