This comfortable, 2200 square foot vacation home is across the street from Corcega Beach, the nicest swimming beach in Rincon. The private, covered outdoor area provides lots of places to sit, read, visit, eat and barbeque in privacy. The downstairs is a large open floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and sitting area. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms including a large master suite with king size bed, private bath, walk-in closet and balcony. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has two twins. All bedrooms are air conditioned except the bedroom with twin beds, but you will want to keep the windows open to enjoy the tropical breezes.

Corcega beach is one of the best swimming beaches on the Caribbean side of Rincon. The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood only a short drive to the more action packed surfer's side of our town with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Great time!

Our family of 4 adults had a great time staying in the house. The location - just across a quiet neighborhood street from beautiful Corcega Beach - is perfect. The house is just a five minute drive from the center of town, which has a supermarket, a drugstore, and many good local restaurants.

The house is spacious and very well appointed with all the items needed for a relaxing vacation. Bath towels, beach towels, cooking utensils and dishes are all provided. A dishwasher, washer and dryer in the laundry room, and outdoor shower are very convenient.

The house is air conditioned, though we did not need the air conditioning during our stay in January. The ocean breeze and ceiling fans in each room made the house very comfortable.

Our favorite place in the house was the backyard patio with an adjoining outdoor kitchen. The covered patio is surrounded by tropical trees and flowers. It provided shade and ocean breeze all day long. We enjoyed family meals there or just relaxing in the hammock.

We are planning to return for another vacation in this house and bring our 8-month grandson with us.

Fantastic House and Location

My family and I stayed at this house over a few years and no matter what time of year we visited the weather was great because Rincon is on the drier part of Puerto Rico. The house is large and very comfortable with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living room. We used the open gazebo outside everyday for breakfast and lunch or just to relax and enjoy being outside in the shade and coolness. The beach across the street is very protected and wonderful for swimming and walking. Many mornings I took long walks in the early morning, enjoying the scenery and birds. In the evenings we brought lawn chairs to the beach to enjoy a cocktail and watch the beautiful sunsets over the water. The house also has a very well-equipped kitchen. Also, Rincon has a downtown where there is a grocery store, liquor store, bakery, and nice restaurants. We had such a wonderful time the first time we vacationed at this house, that we had to return. We hope to be able to be able to vacation here again soon.

What a great location!

We have stayed at this house 3 times over the past 5 years. My wife and two sons really enjoyed this spacious house. It's just across the street from a sandy beach with calm water for swimming or snorkeling and wonderful sunsets. The private backyard gazebo is a great place for breakfast, lunch or afternoon drinks! We enjoyed the Rincon restaurants that range from good roadside stands to excellent seafood restaurants with super fresh fish. We enjoyed walking on the surfing beaches where we spent hours watching the surfers. Other nearby activities we enjoyed included: going to a pig roasts for lunch; fishing for black fin tuna; taking short exertions to a nearby town just north of Rincon that offered huge waves on high cliffs and a great day deep sea fishing with my sons where we caught a 35 pound Mahi Mahi (Dolphin fish) . A place that we will visit again!

great house, it was perfect for my family, very clean & steps from the beach..Kim (the resident manager) was amazingly helpful and went way out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. awesome time!!
