Spectacular Gulf View -5 bedroom - 4 1/2 bath 2 story home that sleeps 16 - GREAT RATES

Welcome to our beautiful newly furnished , well appointed home . Located 20 feet from the beach walkover in Carillon Beach, you will find our custom designed beach home, to be just perfect for beachcombers and families who like to relax. We offer the best value for large families and groups and have a large PRIVATE pool, beautifully landscaped yard, and a family sized grill

Although you will probably want to be outside most of the time soaking up the gorgeous beach environment, the house is set up with flat screen televisions, complete with CD and DVD player - perfect for a rainy day or and complimentary WIFI.

1st Floor- Kitchen with granite counter tops and bar stools and the dining room with table and 6 chairs. The large living room has sofas, love seats, and a Queen sofa bed The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King sized bed and jacuzzi tub plus stand up shower. There is a large walk in closet. The washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

2nd Floor- There are 3 separate bedrooms, each with a King sized bed and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have large windows facing the Gulf!! The fifth bedroom is kid friendly with 2 separate bunk beds and one trundle bed, also with a full bath.

This was an amazing property for just what we needed! A couple of relatives (all girls) and I were looking for a nice, clean, and relaxing place to hang out and catch up. We got just that. There was enough space for all of us to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. This is a large house, so it takes the water a moment to get hot. We will definitely return.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway!

This house was beautifully decorated and laid out virtually prefect for our 5 families to come together this Thanksgiving. Located in an ideal spot near the beach and all the sites and shopping, the house did not disappoint. Provisions were exactly as described, so we were prepared with our own towels and paper products. There is the issue of running out of hot water if everyone showers at the same time, so it's a good idea to split the am & the pm. When we had a question about the TVs and wifi, the owner was quick to respond and super friendly. If the pool were heated, we would come back every year!

Anniversary/Family vacation..... Weather couldn't have been better, with 11 adults and 4 teens there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is beautiful. There were a few problems but it didn't hinder our fun. Loved it. Would definitely book again.

Awesome Stay

We arrived to find the place just as advertised. It is a beautiful place and so close to the beach. When did have a little problem with the plumbing but it was handled immediately.There were 9 adults in the house, it was big, private and having our own pool was a great bonus. I would recommend this home to anyone and I plan to stay here again the next time we get to go to PCB. My only advise would be for the owner to visit his properties, all they are lacking is a little TLC.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice layout and having a pool was a plus. Parking was somewhat limited. Kitchen needed more flatware but was clean. A hostess book (guide) of suggested resturaunts and entertainment in the area would have been nice.
