About Alp Artuner

We began renting apartments in the beginning of April 2012 with the intention of using our apartments as complete serviced luxury places in the city center of Vienna. We would like to keep our guests in comfort as much as possible. That is why we are meticulous to give our best. Our first apartment in this business has almost everything for relaxation, cooking and working. We take care of our guests' requirements directly and all the services we add in the price per night are always available even where there are seasonal price changes. Our family is located in both the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and in Vienna, Austria. We work in both these cities running our family construction company under the name of Artuner Constructions.

My family and I spent Christmas in Vienna at Alp's apartment. It was wonderful. It is very spacious and suited the four of us quite well. There is only one full bathroom on the main level (to share between the four of us), but with separate WC's it was totally manageable. There is a lot of room which was great for a full five day stay and the guests that stay upstairs enjoy a desk and some additional seating should they want some private time. There isn't much room for luggage/closet space in the bedroom on the main floor, but there is a large hall closet in the entrance way. Upstairs bedroom had lots of room though. Alp left some fruit, wine and basic toiletries which was really helpful. Airport pickup was also a nice treat and made the check-in process seamless. The location is fabulous and we walked everywhere (even in the cold!). The metro is also nearby for visits outside the city, like Schonbrunn Palace.

The best Vienna apartment and service (FlipKey)

Our trip we had quite a few apartments and hotel, but when we got this apartment in Vienna just realize the place is different from anywhere else.
First of all, landlord mark met us just at the time set and helped to bring our suitcase to the apartment.
The apartment itself is excellent and just as planning seen in pictures. The comfort and the atmosphere at the apartment is so good and your feeling is just you want to be here. In the apartment we found everything you need and more.
Marc was not spared anything he thought about all the smallest things. A partial list of what is waiting for us in the apartment:
1. Full fruit basket that was so good.
2. An excellent bottle of wine + water bottle.
3. Kitchen was equipped in very good + supplies bases that you don't find anywhere. (Tablets for coffee machine+ dishwasher tablets, etc)
4. At the shower waited for us bottlel of mouthwash + toothpaste + two types of shampoo and white towels that was very pleasant.
5. Very good Wifi and large flat screen TV in the living room.
Regarding the location of the apartment. The location could not be better - right across from the Opera, The apartment is inside a shopping mall in the center of Vienna, close to the most interesting in the city's. Just when you will be there you will understand that you are in the best place in Vienna.
And on the day of departure Mark organize us shuttle to the airport that we didn't need to pay for it.
We recommend that anyone calculated to take Vienna Hotel to review again even if the price seems a bit expensive it covers any expense to miss an opportunity to live in an apartment in the heart of the city of Vienna, with the best service from Mr. Alp Artuner

Worth every penny - best location ever! (FlipKey)

If we go back to Vienna, the only place I would want to stay is in one of alp's apartments.

We rented the MarSuite 28a for a week in December. It was very comfortable, clean etc. But, and this is what I did not fully appreciate before we actually arrived there...the location is unbeatable. The suite is in a refurbished building right in the very heart of all the best parts of Vienna. The opera house is across the street, Sacher hotel, famed for the sacher torte is across the street, the fine arts museum and the amazing natural history museum are a picturesque 5 minute walk, the Albertine museum is around the corner, I could go on and on. There are subway, tram and bus stops all just outside the door as well. How can so much be so accessible? These units are built over a shopping complex which is connected to the adjacent building by an above ground walkway. This means you can buy groceries, souvenirs, and have a cup of coffee or hot chocolate without having to step out into the cold! There is even a small Christmas market in the pedestrian street beside you. Did I mention that chocolatier Neuhaus has a cafe right where you step off the elevator? I'm sure it is a perfect place in summer as well, but if you are planning to go during a cold Austrian winter then this is where you will want to stay. Worth every penny!!

The only negative comment I can make is that although the suite is well stocked with basic amenities from tea/coffee, wine/chocolates to toothpaste and shampoo, there was no sugar.

Alp even arranged complementary airport transfer for us (hotels were charging between 70-110 E)

Our family of four loved Vienna, in large part because we were so very comfortable at the lovely Marsuite 28a. Worth every penny!!

Fantastic Viennese experience (FlipKey)

This charming apartment fulfills the description provided on the website. It is quiet, airy, roomy, light filled and very well renovated. The two bedrooms are very private and comfortable, the kitchen is exactly what one would want - well equipped, well ventilated, excellent. Alp and staff provided a lot of delightful complementary amenities, including extremely high speed internet access, lots of tourist literature about the city, a large bowl of fresh fruit, an excellent bottle of wine and my favorite Viennese candy in addition to the complimentary pick up from and delivery to the airport. Alp was great to deal with throughout the entire process.
The location could not be better - right across from the Opera, right next to the Karlsplatz subway station, only a few walking minutes from the museum quarter or from St. Stephansplatz. Two grocery stores just around the corner, also, and during the holiday season, a Christmas market with lots of punsch right outside the door. In all,it was a perfect way to visit Vienna. This was my fourth visit in as many years, and previously I have stayed in large and small hotels and pensions. This was comparatively cost effective and very much more fun and pleasant.

This is a prime location in Vienna--convenient to everything and with a great grocery store just downstairs! The apartment is a calm and soothing place to return to after exploring the museums, cafes, and streets. And, our host could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Thank you!
