This oceanfront studio condo is just 30 feet from the waves and they will lull you to sleep every night! Enjoy watching the dolphins swim by each morning as you sip your coffee overlooking the sparkling blue water. Located right next to Magic Sands Beach, you'll enjoy snorkeling with sea turtles, and boogie boarding just a few steps away. Picnic at the adjacent beach park or catch the $2 trolley into downtown Kailua Kona for the farmers' market, shopping, or a night on the town.

You can see the tropical fish in the waves right outside our window - sunset cruises, luaus, golfing and tennis are close by. For a lifetime experience try a night snorkel or dive with the manta rays! Coffee and macadamia nut plantation tours are just 20 minutes away. Whale watching, sport fishing, diving, para sailing, ATVs, horseback riding, and kayaking also available.

Queen size wall bed, sofa bed, 1 bath, dining table seats four, recliner, satellite TV, Blu-Ray DVD/CD player, free Wi-Fi. Full kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, pots & pans, bake ware, glassware, tableware, and silverware. What a surprise and what a great place to stay. This vacation rental is so near the water that on one windy afternoon, the waves were splashing the screen. It's a lovely location, too. Close to town but also with easy access to the grocery store away from the center of town too. It was really nice to have the pool right on the water. Some days I just wanted calm water and it seemed like the best of both worlds.

One caution. if you are a light sleeper, the ocean can be almost too close. Can't close the doors because there is no air conditioning. However, I worried the first night about the noise and then fell right to sleep to the sound of the waves.

The only thing I would change is to add some places to put things. It's beautifully decorated but not much room for unpacking and no place to put the suitcase if you don't unpack.

I have already recommended this place to two friends who are coming to Kona later this year. Reasonable price, comfortable and well located.

This condo was loaded with extras. Anything you could think of for cooking, paper supplies, soap etc.
Spectacular view in a well maintained unit made for an enjoyable worry free month long retreat from the real world! The location is ideal being 31/2 miles from downtown Kona and situated between a park and a beach. Couldn't have ask for more...very enjoyable!

All the Comforts of Home.....and then some

We loved it! The pictures are accurate on the appearance of the condo, and we were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities. There was nothing that we needed that was not provided. From kitchen necessities to beach accessories, it was all there. And the beautiful sunsets---WOW is the only word to describe them. The condo was clean and well located right next to the beach and minutes from downtown Kona. We would recommend to anyone planning a visit. All you have to bring is a bathing suit and a few clothes. All the rest is provided. We would be back tomorrow if we could. Thank you for making our trip so pleasant and comfortable.

Great surprise getaway!

This well appointed and comfortable condo is the perfect spot for a romantic birthday surprise. We enjoyed every moment of our stay; the beach, waves, views, sun, snorkeling, hiking, exploring, our list goes on and on. What a great location, and such wonderful hosts! Simply Enchanting

My wife and I recently stayed here for a quick getaway. I must say, this is by far the best island experience we have ever had. You cannot beat the location, accommodations, and relaxing atmosphere of Kona. The ocean is literally a stone's throw away and the sounds of the waves melted away all of our "main land" stresses. The snorkeling right next door is amazing and the unit had everything we needed. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and we were greeted with a beautiful arrangement of island flowers when we arrived. The only thing I regret is not being able to stay longer, but we are already planning our return trip.
