Fantastic townhome; the decor is beautifully done, comfy & roomy; great kitchen; tv, dvd & cd in living area were great; watched dvd's, listened to my favorite jazz station (Sea Breeze); bedrooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms; pet friendly...convenient gate & crate (awesome for our pup); we've been coming to Gulf Place for years but it was our first stay in one of Courtyard units and we're sold! This unit feels homey, cared for and very close to pools, lawn areas and the beach. The amenities are great, the beach chairs & umbrella were a plus, all ready for our lazy days by the beach. We are already making plans for our next visit, which we hope will be sooner than later. The owner was very helpful when responding to my email about date availability. Till next time!
