Brand new condo located next to the Coral Canyon Golf Course. This condo is peaceful and very accommodating for a group of 12 on your get-a-way golfing trip or hiking at Zion. This condo is on the corner with a wrap around patio that offers plenty of space for BBQ and relaxing. Inside you will enjoy top of the line furniture, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, two flat screen TVs and a loft.

This home is just a short drive to Sand Hollow State Park and 30 minutes from Zion National Park.

You will also enjoy a sparkling blue pool with a waterfall, jacuzzi , stocked fishing pond, basketball court and a playground.
