The apartment is located in the residence "Marina" overlooking the large beach.

It is a duplex with a sleeping capacity for 6 people.

It is composed as follows: living room / kitchen is on the 2nd floor and bedrooms / 1 bathroom. But accessibility is through the 2nd floor. The residence has a lift recess.

It overlooks the port of St Gilles and the main beach is located at the rear, in front of the residence with direct access by lift to level -1.

2nd floor: entrance hall, separate WC, open to the living room. It is equipped with: cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and lave-linge/sechant.

 The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player, a sofa with chaise 2 seater sofa (bed 140x190) with a very good sleeping comfort and a balcony.

1st floor: bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (140x190cm) and wardrobe (shelves and wardrobe), a room with two beds 1 person (90x190 cm) and closet (shelves and wardrobe), a shower room with a toilet, large shower, heated towel rail and a wash basin.

The bedding has been rigorously chosen for comfort and optimal hygiene (anti-mite and anti-microbial treatment). Bedding (pillows and duvets) are washed between each tenant.

There is also a cellar located at -1 which is located direct access to the beach. You will also find restaurants, shops ... located at -1 level of the residence on the beach.

Everything has been fully decorated tastefully by an interior designer based in Paris and performing throughout France and abroad.

The services offered are of high standard: excellent bedding, decoration quality, latest appliances ... Also, the inventory will be done very carefully in order to preserve the benefits established for each tenant .

Nous avons séjourné courant du mois d'avril dans l'appartement et avons été enchantés! Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La propriétaire est très arrangeante et l'appartement est très calme et fonctionnel.

Un très beau séjour.

Nous sommes venus en couple dans ce superbe appartement totalement refait à neuf. Tout y est soigné, la propriétaire a pensé au moindre détail! Du moins nous n'avons pas trouvé d'oubli.
Nous le recommandons particulièrement car il est rare de trouver une location de cette qualité!
