A pleasant,spacious, excellently located front line apartment on the Paseo in Fuengirola, conveniently situated for supermarkets, post office, town centre shops, main square,& restaurant quarter (Calle Espana /Fish Alley) and the port (all approx. 3 min walk). The large terrace(30sqm) only for the use of our apartment, has an awning, sun umbrella and patio table and chairs and gets the sun all afternoon and evening. There are lovely views across Fuengirola to Mijas and the mountains from the terrace and it overlooks a pleasant square, Plaza Picasso.The apartment is on the 4th floor . the building is on the wide promenade adjacent to the beach. Ramps are provided to the building entrance and hallway. There are 2 lifts.
Accommodation details: Situated in Fuengirola, halfway between Marbella and Malaga. Ideally located on the Paseo Maritimo, 150 yards west of the marina, and very convenient for the town centre and the numerous restaurants in Calle Espagna and Fish alley. Recently fitted kitchen, with two-ring electric hob, small grill and oven, fridge-freezer, washing-machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, etc.
Lounge-diner: Large settee ,comfortable armchair, two single folding beds, Eurocable TV with all the English channels, SKY TV including news and sport, film channels, and European channels,dining table and four chairs, coffee tables.New this year Gas heater, oil-filled electric heater, portable fan. Bathroom: 1 including bath with shower over, Bedroom: 1, twin beds, new wardrobe and 2 matching chests of drawers, bedside cabinet, portable oil-filled electric heater for winter, table lamp, three spotlights.Large terrace 35 sqm, patio table and four chairs.
Rental rates (per flat, per week): Deposit of 25% required (non-returnable) on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday; Any changeover day considered but not Sundays. Price includes electricity, TV use, gas, laundry, and cleaning of the apartment before you arrive and after your departure.Bedlinen and towels are provided - but please bring your own beach towels; In order to allow time for cleaning on changeover day, guests must not arrive prior to 3pm, and must leave by 11am on day of departure. Security deposit of £100 (to cover loss of keys or loss from/damage/extra cleaning to property) payable with booking. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks after the keys are returned to us and we get a satisfactory report from the management.
Further details and contact information: There are two lifts to our apartment which is suitable for the elderly, but not wheelchair users. Not suitable for children under 9 years (fourth floor apartment). Please specify ages of children when sending enquiry. No pets allowed. We can arrange, through our management company, for you to be collected by taxi at Malaga Airport. Approximate cost €35, payable to the taxi driver.
